@DD: Basically, they need to have a good grasp on grammar (I'm not a total Nazi about it, but I hate poorly written replies) as well as a lot of creativity so I don't need to carry the whole RP and having a good personality so I can actually befriend the person is a good thing. Also, personality shows through in writing, so if you're a boring person chances are your writing will be too. [sweat]
