Sleepy Anarchy 03-06-2013 05:33 AM

Because work is slow and I have until wednesday next week off.

xuvrette 03-06-2013 06:49 AM

That is like a whole week off! <33

Sleepy Anarchy 03-06-2013 06:59 AM

It is. It's going to be amazing.

xuvrette 03-06-2013 07:26 AM

Is that paid leave? <33

Sleepy Anarchy 03-06-2013 07:28 AM

Nope. But I don't mind. I've got enough money to last.

Wonderlands 03-06-2013 07:29 AM

Today was the most boring day EVER and tomorrow is going to be even worse. On the upside I won a record that I've wanted for ages off ebay for a considerably cheaper price than what they are usually posted at.
Downside of that, my paypal is being weird again and only allowing me to pay by eCheque and I didn't know that until I actually won it so it's going to take like, five days or more until the payment is cleared and the seller requires the payment to be paid in three days. :/
I want to message them but at the same time I don't, ugh.
Another thing was that I bid $50 but it's telling me that my highest winning bid was $43? weird.

Hooray for the winning part, not so hooray for the paypal stuffing up part.

As for the $43, it's because the highest bidder other than you was only $42.

Also, Fuck this stupid mac shit. The mouse is absolutely fucking terrible.

I don't get that at all because in the past it has never done that.. I think.. but whatever, I'm not complaining! :D It saved me $7.

:o Why are you on a mac. They aren't that bad but it takes time to get used to them. I prefer normal mice to be honest, I don't like the opposite scroll thing.

I hope your Grandma is okay, xuvrette!

Free money!

My parents own one. I can't be bothered waiting the 20 seconds it takes my computer to start up, so I'm using one.
It's Terrribly. it's badly shaped, the buttons never click the one I want it to and they need a scroll wheel, not some stupid little ball.

Hahah! I've done that before but then I usually have to get off after a bit because my mother decides to want to use the computer because I'm using it.
Mac Trackpads are so much better than mac mice and normal mice COMBINED! Except for when I have to rotate in games and stuff then it becomes a problem.

Yeah, I got kicked off just then too.

We have one of those, it's just flat.
And it's certainly not better than my mouse! Although mine isn't exactly a normal mouse.

Hahaha, oh parents.

Aw no, it's really great! You've probably got one of those fancy schmancy mouses with like, 4 extra buttons.

---------- Post added 03-06-2013 at 05:28 PM ----------

I sent a message to the person I bought the record off. I hope they take the news graciously..

It is. I'm able to use it because i'm used to a laptop, but It would be hard to adjust to fro some people.

Uh... Left mouse, right mouse, click in scroll wheel, two buttons on each side. The abiity to map them to whateer I feel like and the option to have a left ahnd mode?
Yeah. It's a little fancy.

xuvrette 03-06-2013 08:16 AM

Never bid before... but lol, it must be exciting! XD

Parents are annoying when they offer the spare room out to our whining cousin until she finishes her beauty degree.

Yeah, it was a bit weird at first.
Man, that's just too much effort. What even do you use the extra ones for?

Ew. sounds like someone to stay far away from.

Just a little. Outside of games, one is for Browser Forward, one is for browser back, one is for copy and one is for paste.

And I have 18 of those things on my keyboard. I'm only using one though.

That sounds correct.

Oh that's kind of neat, especially cut and paste. Is it easy to accidentally touch the buttons though?

What would you use those 18 on though? *__*

I wonder how funy it would be to seal their door shut.

Not really. They sit a little above my thumb and pinky and I actively need to press them for them to work.

Uh, not sure.

That link is all I have mapped to them right now. I think I might put refresh and img tags to one of them too.

xuvrette 03-06-2013 08:46 AM

Just asking, you people already voted in the user event poll?

There are problems with the door of the room she'd be staying in actually. It's kind of opposite though, it doesn't shut and sometimes opens by itself during the night. The frustration of guests who stay in that room is hilarious!

I don't want to question that picture but as long as you're happy with using it, haha.
Do you post it that often you need it mapped or whatever?

Sleepy Anarchy 03-06-2013 09:25 AM

Nope. It's just going to be amusing to post it in the middle of random conversations.

Well it's a good point. There are better things to spend money on.
