You're welcome, and oh, nice! =] Hope that the appointment goes well for everyone too. And is there any way to just sit down with him and tell him 'point blank' this is what you don't like and you find what he's been doing to be upsetting? [hug] Having kids nagging you while doing homework is never fun - mom still gets on my case for doing it now when she's trying to study - and I'm 24. *lol* Seems to be a kid thing at least. XD

Oh bleh. I know how that feels. I had this stupid neighbor back when I was living with my parents still. My window was straight across from their house. First off, they'd let their stupid-ass dogs out every day and their dogs are NOTORIOUS for barking. And then after that, the dumbass would start working on his stupid truck at 7 in the morning. And rev it. And rev it and rev it and rev it. And finally one day I turned around in my bed and shouted, "YOU DUMBASS THE ONLY THING YOU'RE DOING IT FUCKING UP YOUR ENGINE BY REVVING IT!" Oh I got so mad. xD LOL. So glad to be out of there. Nowadays I can sleep through most things. And if they wake me up I just go right back to sleep. You kind of have to be able to when you live on base. Especially during exercises when they fly F-15s at 3 AM. And test the engines. The engines sound cool though. They make this really loud whistling noise. But it's a far off-loud whistling noise so it's not as annoying as it could be. xD And now I'm ranting. So back to the topic! Glad to hear you're doing good. : D

nemo- he's been sick off and on like this for awhile now. i blame the new doctor, she won't do anything for him.

Oh, it's fine. I know I rant as well, and at least now you can sleep through pretty much anything. =] That's a plus at least, right?? =]
My room is on the side of the house where all our cars are parked and dad tries to leave early-ish for work during the week, so at least once he's gone I usually can fall back asleep, not always though. XD

Awwww, his doctor should help him when he's sick. Do you talk to her about giving him meds for whatever it is that he's had? =[ That's not cool! D:

dessertdesiert 04-26-2013 03:21 PM

The new doctor isn't any better then the old doctor?

Grumman_Goose 04-26-2013 03:27 PM

In January the insurance changed and the doctor we had been going to stopped accepting our insurance. So we then had to change doctors. One of them has wait times of 6-8 hours, the other (the one we've been seeing) wait time is a little better. Only thing is she won't do anything for Kaleb, but will for Jacob. It's not right. She even called Kaleb overweight. Sure he's a chubby guy, but I think he'll grow out of it. I think that's why she won't help Kaleb, and by her not giving him meds he got a really bad ear infection which in turn ruptured his eardrum. He had surgery to get the hole fixed, it was a huge hole, and that's why we are going today to make sure it's healing. Anyways I went way off topic. haha. I don't really like to confront people, I did ask that he have some antibiotics last time and she said he didn't need, he'd get over it. [t2h]

Woah, that isn't right - that it's the possibility that he's over weight that she isn't treating him. D: That's not good!! Gah! She sounds like a horrible doctor! :( That's crazy though that she didn't catch it and it ruptured. Poor Kaleb! :( I don't like to confront people either, but I think you need to get her to agree to give him antibiotics. She should have caught the ear infection! [yes]! [gonk] Poor Kaleb! :(

He screamed all morning, it happened at like 5 in the morning. I didn't know what was going on but finally figured it out and gave him some pain reliever. What a horrible thing for such a young kid to go through. I'm just glad he's okay.

That really is a horrible thing for him to have to go through! :( Yeah, at least he's ok. But still! She should have caught it and giving him the meds for it! :( He shouldn't have had to go through it in the first place! [yes]

dessertdesiert 04-26-2013 03:48 PM

Protagonist 04-26-2013 04:09 PM

Thanks Spunk. How are you guys today?

HIM_ROCK 04-26-2013 04:11 PM

The boots fit It's just a case of re-lacing them. They look pretty laced like that for display but it's not practical.

That is generally true, you need it to fit your foot better :)
