It was good. Started on Sunday and ended on Friday. The boys had a blast. :) They got to sing and do crafts. :( But there was two not-so-good things that came up. One was a girl who was riding the van. She got very upset over her cousin smacking her (the cousin did it because the girl had hit her sister) and got to cursing on the van. Went as far to say that she's disrespected by the church which isn't true. Everyone tries to help her out and all. And then a woman from the church passed away and VBS was cancelled for Thursday. |

You lost your power? :( Those storms were rough.
|
Hi, Liz! ^^
|
O_O Wow.... whats with the stories?
What have I walked into I'm not sure if I should talk about them or run away |
Hey, Eirian. How are you?
|
OH, you mean the Muffin Button?!
I can go over it again if you want. ^_^ |
Alot of people up north lost their power do to the rain
I'm happy that some of the country has gotten rain though ^_^ |
Yep, been out over two days now. And doing well except for the outage.
|
Yes I'm sad to say I dont know who that is.... Muffin Button....
|
Hi, Lilim. ^^
|
We got a little rain from those storms, and a few downed trees. But most of the power outages are north of us. I feel so bad for those who try to beat the heat without power.
|
My goodness it's bad and good.
IT'S BOOD. I shall tell another story! Once, long ago, in a village very very very very very far away, there lived a lady named... Charlette! And so... |
Right now we have a generator powering, internet, laptops, fan, living room light, and fridge. It got to 100 degrees out today.
@ azure: Yay, another story! :D |
I wish for rain T__T People keep shooting off fireworks its so scary their going to set a fire somewhere
OOO STORY TIME!! SHSHSHSSH!! *sits down in front* |
Rain would be nice here too. Though the new beach CI is a close replacement for it, lol.
Storytime, yay~! If only I wasn't about to head off to bed. :( |

oh, hummy is so sorry for the loss of a member of your congregation, Lizzie-chan♥. that was very rrespectful of them to cancel VacationBibleSchool/Studies. it is great the boys has so much fun. too bad the cursing had to be done on the van, some people don't think about what they say or who hears it. did the boys witness it all? |
I have a washcloth I keep wet, and ether kind of wet my face and arms down a bit then let the fan hit me, or drape over my neck, it helps to keep cooled down.
|
hiya, Lilim♥! you look lovely, sweetie! we missed you. |

Yeah, they did as they were sitting on the van right behind her. The driver was upset over the fact that the girl (who is 14ish) went off like she did and the fact that the boys saw it. I kept my mouth shut because I would have likely went off on her. Especially with the remarks about how the church disrespects her and no one wanted to change her little brother's diaper "because he's a slow learner." I wanted to tell her that first off, if you have a rotten attitude (and she normally did) then it's going to rub off on others and that no matter how much they want to help her, her attitude is going to turn them away. You need to have respect for others before you can expect others to have respect for you, I think. And with the whole diaper-changing thing, I can't blame people for not wanting to change a kid if that was the case as this was the first time we heard about it. And it's not due to if he's a slow learner or not. For me, I feel uncomfortable changing someone else's kid if they aren't there and if they don't give me permission to do so. Besides, the sister could have changed him. |
yeah, i you don't know the people well, and they aren't around it would be uncomfortable changing an older child. |
Ahem, as I was saying, Charlette, a young 26 year old lady whom had divorced 5 husbands, was seeking a enlightening tool, something to cheer her life up along with her 8 kids that she had living with her, whom were all 11; Billy, Silly, Tilly, Willy, Filly, Milly, and Rilly. They all stressed her out to no extent, in fact, on May 36th, Billy threw a dishwasher outside, then blamed it on his twin brother Willy, who couldn't possibly lift up a ladybug. (It had been tried, and a limb was broken.) So back to the story!
Charlette let Silly take care of all the other children in the house, and if you can imagine, Silly was the most serious of them all, always making sure everything was organized and NEVER laughing at any of Filly's jokes, whom always made his mother and the elder's laugh. Charlette then decided it was necessary to bring along three things of importance; a toothbrush, a brush, and an endless supply of chocolate. After 5 days of searching she finally found a segment of a giant panda plushie, but this would not and COULD NOT satisfy her needs or wants, so she gave it to a wandering hermit. That hermit became rich from selling this plushie piece and supplied her on her journey for more items, but was stopped in her tracks by a fat bearded man known as the SuperLordGuru, who sought out to destroy all things feminine and happy. She and him fought (mostly bickering) until finally a conclusion was processed. Guru became the nicest man on earth when she baked him a muffin, and in return, he gave unto her something so tremendously amazing it would make an old man dance on his whiskers. He gave her... the Muffin Button, described before by I. Here is the book of it -passes book- Quote:
Anyways, this ended her journey and led her to Canada. |
