What've ya been up to today?

@Love: I'm glad to hear that! Not a lot actually, I've had a lazy day which has made a nice change. :) Just listening to some music and drinking tea. Living the dream haha. I'm going to a wildlife park tomorrow though. C: Have you been up to anything interesting today?

lol distracted apparently. sorry, pretty clothes are ever so distracting. also i need to make some sort of dinner...

Bucket: That sounds nice actually! Oh, that reminds me to message my gran to ask her to post me more tea.*lol* I'm just about out again. Haha! Oh, that sounds like fun! Who're ya goin' with? And we actually went berry picking this morning - which was actually quite fun! Went with Becca and Greg and she had fun trying to grab everything and we had fun trying to get berries of our own, and keep her grabby hands away from all the berries so they didn't get squished. [lol] And then this afternoon has been all about relaxing. [:)]

@BSW: Ooh, whatchya making for dinner?

@LOve: Berry picking sounds so much fun! :) I've never been before. What kind of berries did you get? Aw, that's good that your granny sends you tea. C: I couldn't handle a life without British tea haha. I'm going with my mum. C: She's just got back from holiday so we're going out for the day.

Also, I have a question, feel free to not answer if I'm getting too nosy. Since you said that your family was from England and the person that you're surrogating for used to go out with your brother, is he English or American?

@bucket: just pasta. and im going to play epic mickey after i eat.

true enough. i love pasta. but im also of Italian decent so i guess its expected.

Bucket: It was a blast! We got a lot of Blackberries and some blueberries. ^_^ Oh, yeah, I'd not be able to survive without it - my aunts and gran sent me care packages, that make me happy - although I have to hide the sweeties from my hubs, because he'll steal and eat 'em! Darn me for ever introducing him to them ages ago from one of the care packages they sent over for me. *lol* And that sounds like a fun trip! You two have a great time, ok? [heart]

Oh, I don't mind - I've got a nosy family, and so I'm used to it. My mum is from England (her family is still over there), my dad is from the states. :) I was actually born in Arizona and have lived in California since I was almost ten. We'd just come over to England for holidays when we were younger. I do want to move over there though, although then I'd be too far from my parents, sister and brother and his family. Darn! *lol*
He's American, they met in college over here where we used to go. :)

@Love: Oh nice! Blackberries are fantastic. Are you going to make anything with them like jam or pies or things? C: I'd love to go raspberry picking. Aw, that's really sweet of them! C: What sort of sweeties do they send, I have a major sweet tooth so any conversation that involves sugar I'm interested in. [lol] I'm sure we will! Yay! I hate prying into people's lives, but I just get so interested! [lol] Ah I see. That does make sense. :) I'd love to move out of Scotland, but I don't know how I'd handle being far away from the majority of my family. I have an aunt in Canda, but everyone else I'm related to is in the UK.

My whole biological family lives in Texas, I think.

My adoptive family is kinda all over the US.

One of my nephews lives in Jersey, my half-brother Craig and his other children and his wife live in Florida, my half-brother scott and my sister Emma live in NY...though my sister is about to go to college in Delaware
I live in NC.
And my grandpa lives in California.

Bucket: They totally are! And we're planning on trying to make a pie - I'll let ya know how it goes. [lol] I'm not the world's best baker - that'd be my hubby. He's an amazing cook. [:P] I just get so distracted.
Yeah, and ya don't find me complaining. Haha! I love my Care Packages! :D Last package it was Cadbury Chocolate bars, Mars Bars, Digestive Biscuits, and Hob Nobs. [lol] Not much, but my hubs is ADDICTED to Hob Nobs, and he can't get enough of them. As well as some boxes of tea. ^_^ And awesome! :D

I don't mind at all. I'll let ya know if I don't wanna talk about if if it's a topic that is tough for me to talk about. ^_^ Yeah, needless to say, I've got a very confused accent. [rofl] And awhhh, yeah - it's tricky trying to stay near family but wanting to leave where ya are. Thankfully we're pretty close for the most part here in the US, and then in England, other than the few cousins that have spread out - we're all close there too, so I don't have to do a ton of traveling around to see everyone whenever I do get a chance to go over. :)

Zoie: awhhh, give it a try again, but I'll have to get my hubs iPod from him and try it on there. :) And I'm doing pretty good, thanks!
