lol I've seen you talking about this across a couple of threads Hummy. Maybe you should start a 'Help Hummy name her puppy" thread and poll everyone.
How many people here are artists? What are you working on right now? I've working on a couple of projects. 1. I'm turning one of my drawings into a wall hanging and I have to do all of the sewing by hand because the pieces are to small for a sewing machine. 2. I'm trying to sketch flattened versions of the planets in our solar system for a flash project I want to do. 3. I'm cleaning up a good portion of my sketches so I can redo my online portfolio. The thing is a huge mess that I through together during my last semester of college. Real unprofessional looking. My sketch books have become kind of like my hand held portfolio and a large number of the drawings are just pencil sketches |
maybe. i just don't have the energy to do another thread at the moment. i feel like i am neglecting so much, at the moment. do you have some pictures of what you thiunk needs cleaning up? |
:) ok it was just a suggestion. I just meant that it's not in any real order. I'm got creature/people sketches mixed with tattoo sketches.

I'm planning a very courageous task to draw a different location of my college's campus for 365 days. From 3 different perspectives. Then I get to pick one from each day and make it portfolio ready.
I also want to have a portfolio ready self portrait for 365 days. In addition, I'm planning on doing a couple paintings of friends, since I promised the two of them that they'd be getting something handmade from me this year. Probably going to be Christmas gifts. If I start early enough, I'll also have time to embark on my quest to make scented baked-goods-shaped candles. How I'm going to do all this while going to school full time and working part time and trying to get the house ready for a 'do or die' (literally) move by the end of the year, I don't know. But it will happen! |

I do plan to post them up here Either tomorrow or the next day In my blog.
And It was In the book called Timeless Voices With the Poetry.com I will have that poem too up. Along with my newest Bare with me though they have changed I have gone threw writers block so yeah. If you guys want to add me go for It I will post In my hang out when I have them up. The newest one I wrote Is for my boyfriend. He has helped me through so much. the 3rd poem being published Was read In front of my youth group by my pasture (sorry If spelt wrong) And they were all speechless. I guess I am a semi finalist. I am nervous we find out Feb 1st the winners. |
