Dislikes: Himself, his life, rudeness, ignorance, that he always has to hold his tongue, cruelty, winter, and the memory of his parents.

It was a soft prodding on his should at first, then a soft shake and a whisper in his ear of M'lord, its time for you to wake up. He just pulled one of the feather filled pillows over his head and retorted a muffled request for the aging maid to leave him alone. She sighed and rolled her eyes, pulling the pillow from the red-head and onto the floor. With a harsh poke to the back of his shoulder she couldn't help but recall how Cedric was acting like a child again.
"M'lord, I swear you still act like a child... and if you are still as childish as I think you are you won't be wanting the scones the cook has made." she gave a dramatic sigh and waved a hand as she turned. "And to think, he decided that they'd be cherry filled today... I guess we'll just have to shair them amugst ourselves." she muttered, pausing at the door as she heard a ruffle of sheets. She turned to find Cedric had leapt from bead and had a shirt already on and he was attempting the put the sheets back on the bed as he putted his shirt. He stopped and looked across the room at the head of his servant staff's face.
"No, Anges, save me a few. I'll be down in a moment." Anges grinned for a moment, Cedric stared blankly at her, realizing she'd been acting to get him out of bed. He sighed and resumed buttoning his shirt as he went in search of his jacket.
"I hate you some times," came a comment from the young lord as he searched through his dressers. Anges watched him as she went about fixing his bed.
"You've said that almost every day since you were young enough to speak," she replied, pulling an overcoat from the back of a chair and tossing it towards Cedric who caught it and pulled it on. He sat on the bed and laced a pair of boots and Anges opened the door to leave.
"I'm assuming you're in the mood for scones this morning M'lord,"

"Ever made scones before, Everett?" asked the cook, who stared at a piece of parchment that must have had the recipe on it. Everett had been sitting at the kitchen table, shining the silverware. He had already finished his chores about an hour ago in thanks of him not getting enough sleep last night and waking up an hour before the sun rose.

Everett thought for a moment. "I think I have a few years back, sir," replied Everett. servant or not, Everett still liked to be respectable to ones around him.

The cook looked up at Everett. "Well I'm really sick today. Do you think you can make them for me, boy? I wouldn't wish the pass of my sickness upon the young master, who is the one I'm making these for."

"Of course, sir. No problem," Everett got to his feet, sat his shining cloth down, and walked over to where the cook was.

The cook handed Everett the recipe. "He likes them with cherries," said the cook before he left and patted Everett on the shoulders. Everett just nodded his head, thinking he could get away with putting cherries in the scones. Yes, he could do that.

He quickly whipped up a plate full of cherry-filled scones. And because there were ones who didn't like cherries, he made a few original scones. He had wrapped the cook's apron around him as he exited the kitchen and down the long hallway until he finally reached the dining hall. He walked in and sat a covered plate down in front of Cedric followed with a glass of milk and a glass of orange juice.

Everett bowed his head ."When you want more scones, just alert me, master."
