"Well, that was enough excitement for one day..." Robin interjected, saving the group from going down 'that' road. It wasn't something that needed to be brought up right now, especially since things seemed tense as it were. Perhaps now would be a good time to head back to the tower.

"Why don't we head back, I'm sure some quick training drills will clear our heads." He said, standing and putting some money on the table.

Geode and Beastboy then proceeded to jump up running towards the edge of the roof. Geode called upon a rock to carry him - and Beastboy turned into his usual green eagle with shouts of "I'll beat you there!" Starfire giggled, nodding her agreement.
"It would be every so nice to see what friend Geode can do!" She said, as she flew up to catch up with the others.

Cy stood and stretched. "I'll whip up something good with the simulator." He said, chuckling to himself as he headed towards the door and the T-Car, leaving Robin and Raven alone.

"Hey, Rae... Is everything alright, I don't doubt that you saw her but... You seem a bit on edge." He said, voicing his concern for the purple haired girl.

She was currently scaling her way back down the fire-escape back into the ally.
"Shit, my bag!" She groaned, stepping out into the semi-crowded streets. Luckily, it was were she left it... If not kicked around a bit. Sighing, she put the bag on her shoulders and looked around. "Back to being just a school girl." She mumbled to herself.
Though... she couldn't let the Titans converse with Geode. He was dangerous. Unlike her, he had control of his powers...and unlike her he didn't try to use them for good. He was a bad rock, like a milky diamond.

And he was insistent on finding her. He blamed her for killing their parents...But, she wasn't sure if it was her or not. She usually felt it when she lost control - she couldn't remember feeling anything. But the memory had gotten foggy with time... She just wasn't sure.

Turning around quickly when she saw the T-Car go by, she sighed and started for home.

Raven looked over at Robin as he started to speak. Raven was didn't mind a training exercise, but she didn't want the other training with them. She didn't trust him to train with them, he could learn how they fought and use it against them. She couldn't risk them being betrayed again.

She watched them all leave, and she was ready to follow. She didn't want that guy alone with her friends. While Robin and the others might think she didn't trust him because of Terra that wasn't the only reason. There was just something about him that didn't set right with her.

Her emotions were overjoyed when Robin voiced concern for her. " I'm fine Robin. We better hurry to the tower" Raven told him.

Once Robin mention training with the new guy, Beastboy was excited. He shifted and was flying his hardest to the tower. He pushed all thoughts of Terra from his mind while he flew. He could dwell on it later. He landed on the roof of the tower, and shifted back. He looked around to see if he but everyone else there.

Cyborg, once in his "baby" he started it up and drove on back to the tower. He vaguely noticed some blonde girl as he drove past her. " It sort of looked like her...Great, now I'm seeing ghosts" He mumbled. He shook his head and head through the tunnel under the water that led to the tower garage.

Now that everyone had gotten back, Robin decided it was as good a time as any to start their training. Geode offered to go first, and Cy was happily punching commands into the computer to set up the simulation. Robin watched from the side lines and Geode was warming up.

"Hey Beast Boy...what's your best time? Cause I'm gonna beat it!" He said, chuckling. As he hovered two rocks in-front of him. Shaping them so that they were two, foot sized disks - he stepped on them. They were thin enough so that one wouldn't notice if they were there or not.

"You ready!" Cy asked.

"Bring it on!"

"So, Robin... What do you think of our new friend Geode." Starfire asked as the starting bell rang.

"A bit cocky...but we'll see what he can do." Robin said, nodding towards the course. The rocks he was riding on gave him the appearance that he was flying.

"What about you Raven?" He asked, head tilting towards her, wanting to know her opinion.

"This is a bad idea..." She mumbled to herself. The moment she had gotten home, she realized she couldn't leave him alone with the titans. She had to go make sure everyone was alright. So, she stuffed her hair inside a baseball cap, put on a pair of over-sized sunglasses and a grey hoodie to hide her appearance.

Luckily for her, she had found a new way to travel. Inside her shoes, belt, and wristbands, she had sewn in crushed up rocks. Which she found she could control easier than larger boulders. Hopefully it would allow her to stay hidden once she got closer to the tower.

From the noise, she could tell they were in the training grounds. Setting herself down on the roof of the T-Tower, the blonde girl peeked down, observing her brother. Hes gotten better.... She realized with a sense of dread.

[[Well, Raven does need to go and talk to Terra so she can explain all about her evil big brother. x3]]

Terra's heart fluttered as she heard Beast Boy cheering Geode on - like he did when she first tried out the course. Thought she couldn't believe that they were friends with him! Couldn't they tell he was bad news? ....Or maybe he was just as good as tricking people as she was. She frowned at that. No...I did care about them. They were my friends.. I just made a mad choice.. She bit her lip as she backed up. The volleyball net they used to play with was up, and she accidentally bumped into it - causing the ball to fall over the edge.

"No!" She half whispered half yelled as she watched it go over. She had to get out of here quick...Now they would know someone was there.

Geode finished in 2:58 seconds. "Ha! Told you'd I'd beat you Beast Boy."

"Beginners luck!" Cyborg said, as he set the program up for Starfire, who was taking her place.

"I know what you mean... But we need to at least give him a chance - he hasn't done anything wrong...yet." Robin knew Raven knew all about giving chances... She used to think that her friends would hate her if they knew about her. They didn't of course, and Robin especially did not hate Raven. She was something special, a great friend.

"Luck had nothing to do with it..." Geode said, walking up to the group.
"So, whatcha all talking about?" He asked, winking at Raven. He could tell she wasn't fond of him...But he'd win her over eventually.

Robin - thinking quick - changed the subject. "We were just commenting on the control you have over your powers.. It was impressive." As soon as he finished talking, a ball dropped down right behind them, causing Robin to tense up and turn around.
"How'd that get down here?" He questioned.

"The wind?" Geode answered innocently... Though, he had another idea. You can spy...but you can't hide little sister.

Terra jumped, turning around to face the purple haired girl. "Raven... I- uh... I don't. I mean... I didn't. Not at first." She finished, stuttering over her words. The sunglasses had fallen off her face when she jumped, and her blonde hair was tumbling out of the hat. "I just wanted to make sure you guys were alright..." She finally said, after pondering it for a moment. Her eyes went over to the side, where the others were below. She could hear Beast Boy laughing as he made his way through the course.

Starfire was up next, she could hear her giving herself a pep-talk.

She reached over herself, rubbing her arm as she looked to the ground. "I don't know if hes planning anything or not." She whispered, looking up now, with fear glinting in her eyes.

Robin watched Raven leave, his brows furrowing together in concern. She did have a point... that's why he took her opinions more seriously - she wasn't one to over-look things. Sighing, he looked back to the course. Starfire was up now, and Geode was laughing as Beastboy was sprawled on the ground panting from his run-through, a grin on his face.

Starfire ran the course perfectly, and beat her own personal time. Cheering along with the others, he was not expecting what happened next. In her excitement, Starfire flew down and kissed him. When the cheering stopped, and his face was red as a tomato, Starfire suddenly looked sheepish. "Is that not a common way to celebrate on Earth?" She asked, wide-eyed.

Everyone else was speechless, until Geode spoke up. "It is if I can have one too." He said jokingly, sending a wink to Starfire and receiving laughs from Cy and Beast boy.

Terra continued to stumble over her words. How was she going to explain? Would Raven even believe her? She had ever right not to... She could feel the tension in the air rising, and her own stuttering. Though, her own shock at the scene below left her speechless for a moment - until the tension in the air spiked pulling her from her own thoughts. "I don't know why hes here." She finally said, referring to Geode. "But hes dangerous..." She trailed off, flashes of the day her parents died coming back to her. 'It wasn't me... I just know it..

"Raven... I know you're angry with me, for everything I did... But you need to trust me on this. He's no good." She said, thinking that her sudden display of emotions was her fault.

Cyborg was busy resetting the field, as the others poked fun at Robin who was still beat red. 'Starfire..kissed me. He was left utterly speechless, even without words to get angry at the others for making fun of him. What he should do, how he felt...So many things were racing through his head. He felt as if he should talk to someone about it. Raven... He looked to the spot to left from, wondering where she had gone.

"Okay! Raven's up next!" Cy called, and when he realized she wasn't there, he shouted out her name. "Hey Rae! Come on, its time to show us how to do it!"

Terra looked down when she heard Cyborg shouting. "You should probably go... Just.. Be careful. And don't tell Geode that I was here. He can't know I'm here."

[[ Sorry spent the day heading back to school and gathering things I need.]]

" What are you talking about? Do you know Geode?" Raven demanded. Terra wasn't making any sense, it was hard for Raven to follow along. It was like the girl was raving mad. Yet she didn't call the other Titans up here to see that Terra was up her. Raven glanced at Geode, so even Terra thought he was dangerous. Raven looked back at Terra, trying to explain it wasn't because she was there, that her powers were loosing it. Raven didn't want to go down there, she wanted to find out what was trying to say. Raven looked back down, and then back at Terra. " I think your loosing it Terra" she told the girl, but saying her trademark spell and appearing down by the others.

She glanced over at Star and Robin, both seemed bright red. Her heart clenched in pain, she glanced over to the field course. She needed to get through this fast and then go meditate before something bad happened. She a deep breath, and wait for Cyborg's sign before flying off toward and through the course.

Beastboy eventually let up on the Robin, and Starfire. He looked around wondering where exactly Raven had gone to. Beastboy watched her as she headed towards the course. Something seemed a little off with her, but he thought it was just something to do with the new guy hanging out around them.

Terra watched as Raven reappeared in front of the course. Distress evident on her face... She wasn’t loosing it – It was true...He is dangerous! He is-Looking right at me. As the others all watched Raven, he was turned towards the tower, his blue eyes upturned and staring directly into hers. Eyes wide with shock, Terra yelped before jumping back and to the other side of the roof... She had to get out of here... She’d find some other way of helping the Titans... She owed them that much.

After a few more runs of the course, he told the team to call it a day. He himself retired to his bedroom...He had a lot to think about, Geode, Terra, Raven, and the...kiss. He didn’t know where to even start. Terra was stone – Or at least if she came back she said she didn’t remember anything... Geode seemed alright, but so did Terra at first...and their likeness made that even more unsettling. Now Raven... Perhaps he would go talk to her. He had a feeling that they were letting Geode too close too soon, and she was probably the only other Titan who thought so too. And besides... She was the master of emotion... perhaps she could offer some advice as to how to proceed when all his emotions were going crazy. Other than Star, she was the only other girl he was close to... they had a special bond, an understanding of each other.

That’s what he was going to do! Stepping out of his room, he walked down the familiar hallways and found himself in front of Raven’s door. Knocking. “Hey Rae... You in here? I think we need to talk.”

“How is it going?”

“As planned. The witch has some doubts, as well as the masked bird – like you said. But I’ll have them soon enough. And... I think you’ll be happy to know we don’t need to go searching very far... seems the little diamond remembers more than she let on.”

“Do you know her location?"

"I will."

"...Perfect."

Robin paused for a minuet. Suddenly embarrassed. Wait... why should he be embarrassed to talk to Raven? Taking a deep breath he tried to get out what he had to say, with some difficulty. "Well, you know we've known each other for awhile now... And I'd like to think we're close - closer than some of the others on the team." He started, unsure of what exactly he was trying to say. You know a lot more about me than the others - heck, you even know my secret identity... And I guess what I'm getting at is that you're opinion is important to me." He said. Finding himself circling around what he was actually trying to say. "There's just a lot going on... what with Geode, and this Terra thing keeps coming back up. I'd just really like to talk it out with you, I think it would be good... Though, I guess the real reason I'm here is that I need your help..." He said, really quickly as if he was trying to get it all out in one breath. "With Starfire..." He added, in a quieter voice than all the rest.

He wasn't one to fidget, or be confused with emotions as he was now. Maybe Tamaranians had some sort of poison on their lips to confuse people that they kiss. Well, that's not true... She's kissed you before - but that was different, she was just trying to learn English. He knew her better now. He was closer to her now than he was back than. But he almost felt as if he'd be betraying Raven if he tried to go anywhere with Starfire... Perhaps that's why he was here... To get her blessing.

Robin left the room that night feeling much better about the situation at hand. His mind was made up about many of the things going on right now. He would have the team talk about the Terra thing - together... they needed it. And Geode - he would be admitted on the team under a few conditions in order to keep everyone safe if things didn't work out right... And last of all. He was going to ask Starfire out.

That one had been tricky. He wasn't sure - and he still wasn't. But, these things were risky...right? He just hoped that it wouldn't change anything in the team... or distract him while on missions. His job still came first.

Though - he was still grateful. It felt as if a weight had been lifted off his chest. All thanks to Raven. She was so great, a true friend really... Someone he could always count on... Someone he-

"Friend Robin! How are you?" Starfire said, as she turned into the same hallway he was walking down.
"Starfire... Doyouwanttogooutwithme?" He said, looking at the floor now.

"Yes...But /how/ do I do it?"
"Just ask her the next time you see her."

The response was sudden suffocation and ear-shattering squeals of delight... In other words. Yes.
Oh god...What did I just do?

[[Just thought I might need to explain this - As he was thinking about the advice Raven was giving him - he realized that Oh shit... You kinda like her. But when Starfire came outta nowhere he just blurted it out without thinking. :)]]

Things had been calm lately; it had given him time to work on designs for his new costume... It was a work in progress, he imagined it would take a few years for ‘Robin – Boy Wonder’ to transform...heck, he hadn’t even picked a name yet. But his trashcan was quickly filling up with rejected sketches and designs.

Other things were happening as well. Starfire, who he had broken up with last year because he found himself too distracted and found he needed to focus more, had stopped looking at him with sad understanding – and was now regarding him with something akin to hope in her eyes. Though Geode, who had cheered Star up after the break-up by constantly flirting with her was still relentlessly trying to get the Alien to agree to go on a date. Which Robin was grateful for. As much as he loved and admired Starfire... He found he just wasn’t right for her romantically. She deserved someone more romantic.

Taking a moment to himself, he spun around in his chair – something he usually wouldn’t do because he liked to stay focused and on task – but everything for the day was done. He reviewed mission files from Titans East, and the newer division of Titans west. Same as before, Cy had gone to Titan’s west to see over construction for the tower – as things around here had been quiet it had all worked out nicely. The only conflict that he knew of was Kid Flash getting angry when he found out that Cy and Jinx had dated way back in the day... It ended with pink sparks, and Bumble Bee having to make a trip cross-country to assure Kid that Cy was very much her man.

Confused as to what to do with himself now, he left the room and headed towards the lobby. He passed by Raven’s room – it was still the same way she left it. The “DO NOT GO IN RAVEN’S ROOM” rule was still respected... as such no one had entered it after she left. He paused for a moment, running his hand over her name plate. It’s been two years since she left... and he could still feel her absence.

It was on days like this that he and his sister used to play outside. Their backyard had lead up to a mountain, and their mother had a small rock garden. But, ever since the accident they had been separated. He was a year older, so he probably remembered it more... it was hard to think that she was gone. That’s how he had met the Titans, on his search for her... They didn’t say much about what had happened, only that Terra had lost her life in the confrontation.

Jumping up suddenly from his situation position on the roof, Geode shook his head to clear his thought. It did no good dwelling on things he couldn’t change. Cy was out of town – so no going to the garage. Starfire and Beast Boy were playing badminton on the roof behind him – Starfire was winning. Sighing he turned around and put a smile on his face. “Keep up the good work babe! You better still be winning when I get back!”
