We have the plot,
if one of the OC's is a Timelord, is there something special about the other one?
(Does the Timelord get a Fob Watch? I like Doc's Fob Watch. xD)
It takes place after Snowmen, so I might need to figure out how to make Jack have a part in it.
I think we've got our Love Interests picked, for certain.

The other could be an Alien hybrid who is living on Earth. The Timelord does get the FOB watch. Maybe Jack detects The Doctor on Earth and he could be investigating our characters.

Now, we just need to decide who plays the Timelord. I was thinking possibly me, if my love interest is the Doctor, but then, I kind of feel like that would be taking a bit of the 'Spotlight', as people say. And I don't like being unfair.

I don't think it would be unfair. I would kind of like to be an Alien/human hybrid character.

Well, if it's alright with you. The Hybrid and the Face of Boe, and the two Timelords probably makes for better pairings, anyway. :3
