Okay well I don't know if this has already been done but what the heck.
For those of you who do not know or have not had the pleasure of hearing Skrillex. He is a dubstep artist and in most places he is one of the main reasons that dubstep became mainstream.
So i'll leave a song on here so you can tell me what you think.




And Knife Party is also an amazing dubstep/electro house artist.
Figure is also another good dubstep artist, although again he started out as electro house.

So yeah tell me what you guys think ^^

That is one incredibly infectious beat you have there, i quite like it XD.
I've never really listened to dubstep before, but i listened to a lot of techno so they are pretty similar, at least to me.

Sonny annoys me to no end. I could never stand him. As for his music...it's okay. Not the best but not the worst. I'm not a huge dub-step fan though.

I love that one, and scary monsters and nice sprites. I do also love Rock 'n Roll

He's always been an asshole but that's just my opinion.

Not many people get under my skin but his whole attitude just ticks me off. His music is okay at best but nothing I would ever pay to go see or buy a record from.

I wouldn't go as far as saying Skrillex made Dubstep mainstream. By all means, He opened up the genre to people over the sea, but people as Rusko, Dubba johnny, Skream and Benga is pretty much the reason dubstep rose as it did.

But when it comes music, Few people does it better than Skrillex!

I havent listened to much by Skillrex but I have to admit I like Bangarang. Its just catchy for some reason.

I'll have to say that the song playing right now in post one and scary monsters and nice sprites are the only songs I've heard from him that I really like. This one is just alright

Skrillex is one of very few mainstream artists that I genuinely like listening to.
Yeah I know a lot of people don't like him, blah blah.
The moment I heard 'Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites' I was hooked.
In my opinion he makes fun music that's great for dancing to.
I don't really care about the person behind the music (yes I know, I'm weird that way) I don't like to let someone's attitude stop me from enjoying the music I enjoy.
I just want to listen to good music, and as far as I'm concerned Skrillex does that for me.

Besides, he's won three Grammys, he's obviously doing *something* right. :boogie:

That is really far from true, dubstep and techno are opposites, and that's not an opinion but a fact.

My Boyfriend is the one that got me into Skillex and Deadmau5 and such... but I really don't listen to Dubstep unless i'm hanging out with him because he forces me too :squee: Ohh well. I'm pretty okay with listening to them though, it's very interesting and he tells me to focus on the sounds of the music instead of some random person in the background doing vocals.:glomp:

I don't very much like Skrillex, some of his songs are alright. Ha ha, until now I didn't even know that he was one person or a "he." It's very loud and bangy and just hurts my ears to listen to it with the volume too loud. I like a lot of bass, but the way this kind of rave(?) music is usually put together with some quiet thing to make you listen and then some loud screaming bit that kills your ears, I just don't like it that much.

That said, The Devil's Den is alright at a low volume. :boogie:
