Stuart just feels like he was being really rude. Mind you he's used to completely different mannerisms. Most interruptions happen in groups of three people coming in and swooping away with the other person and it's considered fine. As long as there isn't any soul stealing going on. You have to ask to steal the soul of someone who's in conversation with another. Like a trade system with souls... :3
And Stuart is straight. His eldest sister would just think that he was bringing her a present otherwise... She's messed up, I want to create her as a character, but i couldn't use her for this... :<

I would assume it's done through and enchantment process where the soul is separated from the body in-tact and from what I've read the souls were kept in cages or jars as lights and ornaments. The bodies aren't mentioned afterwards... :[
