He sighed and then looked at Tony. "Do you think I need them? Did I ask you to go get them? No, now come on." He headed towards the elevator and tossed Tony keys. "You're driving by the way."

He shut up at what Gibbs said. It was just a simple question. He didn't need to be snapped at like that. He was surprised though when his boss tossed him the keys. That never happened. Not that he was going to complain. He just rode the elevator down to the car-park and got in the right car.

He sat and let Tony into the driver's side. "Come on, hurry. I want this to end as soon as possible ok?" He was slightly stressed, and it kind of showed. He hoped Tony didn't really notice. "What are you doing later?" He asked, knowing this was random.

He agreed with Gibbs. He wanted this case over with. He started driving to their destination. "I am going on a date tonight." He stated. At least, he hoped so. He didn't know what mood Eric would be in tonight.

A strange look crossed agent Gibbs' face. "Oh..ok then.." He'd been hoping to have someone to go for drinks with. He guessed now he'd just be stuck with his boat and a bottle of gin.

Tony glanced at Gibbs. He didn't like the look that formed on his face. "But.. If you want, I can come over if my plans fall through." He suggested. He really didn't want to spend the night alone if Eric was still mad at him.

Gibbs looked at him. "Only if they fall through. Otherwise I want you to go and have fun." He said in his gruff, normal voice. He was trying to keep as mIch glee off of his face as possible. The thought of Tony coming over tonight was exciting for him.

Tony nodded in agreement. He made a mental note to stop by Gibbs's house later tonight if Eric didn't come. They soon arrived at their destination and he parked before getting out.

Gibbs got out. "Let's go get him."

Tony nodded. He led the way into the building.
