Eeeewwww, fish is ICKY! The only fish I eat is tuna. And that's a rare thing.

I never liked fish except for salmon. Found out I was allergic so that was the first meat to go. :P

Haha, yeah, allergies kind of make it pointless to even develop a taste for things. I'm allergic to certain soy products (soy milk, edamame, etc.). It sucks, cause I actually like edamame.

I had to cut down on soy products and go with other meat alternatives. Seemed to have helped a bit with me feeling sick at least.

I hate fish. :cry: I also don't eat soy much.

Anyway, Kirin and I haven't met yet and only know each other through Mene as of now. As for that girl, I have no idea what happened to her. I used to be really good friends with her until she started dating this creepy 50 year old guy then I just kinda of stopped talking to her because she was trying to be like him. She was 17 at the time.

Wow! Seventeen? :o That's the same age I am, and I can't even imagine dating a fifty year old. That's the same age as my dad. :gonk:

Yeah, I feel weird with someone that's over like 5 years or so older than I am, I can't imagine that big of an age difference.

I'm all for "date who makes you happy" but I still think it's weird to date someone who could be your parent.

That's kind of skeevy sounding. I mean, I'll admit, I like older, more experienced guys and it would take some serious convincing to make me date younger than me, but... uh, nothing more than like a few years. Different age groups have totally different views on what they want to do with the present... It would be inconvenient.

I gotta say....by the time a guy is a certain age, you kind of gotta wonder *why* he's still single. I mean, is he too weird for other people? Is he against settling down? Is he super creepy?
And why would he date someone with so few life experiences? I mean, I'm sorry, but you're at a totally different place in life at 17 than you are at 50? Is he really immature? Or do girls who have more experience realize he's not worth their time?
It just....makes me wonder.

My last ex was six years older than me (I was sixteen at the time and he was twenty-two) so I can't -really- comment on age gaps much. I wouldn't date anyone younger than me, even by a few months. Though I usually wouldn't date someone five years older than me either.

Though definitely there is something fishy about a forty-three-year age gap between a couple. :gonk:

In a sense, I am (like Keyori) all for date who makes you happy, however.
