I like chipotle pepper too. Hubby LOVES it but it seems to always be in the form of a creamy sauce like chipotle mayo, which is so unhealthy >_>

Bell peppers. Red or green? I tend to like the red ones more. I hated bell peppers for the longest time (even if I picked them off of stuff like pizza I could still taste them and couldn't eat it). I'm still not a huge fan and they have to be diced up really fine and mixed into something before I'll eat them.

I've never tried yellow or orange though. I know the red ones are sweeter than green (and the green ones taste... earthier? I'm not sure of the right word), but that's about it.

I love the red ones! I grow red, yellow, and green ones and I always eat the red ones first! I used to hate them too but now will eat them.

Red are the sweetest of the bell peppers. Then in descending order it goes orange, yellow, green, and purple.

What about white? I never tried white peppers but they look so pretty! I wanted to try to grow some but ran out of garden space.

Never tried them so I don't know where the fit on the sweetness. purple are nasty and way bitter.

Yeah, I don't care to much for purple ones. They're pretty but that's about it. I'm wondering if the white ones are the same.

I've never had a pepper. I probably should, but I don't really like spicy food/vegetables, so I'm scared. >:

Bell peppers are not spicy.

Only if you eat the seeds. Those are the hot part. The flesh is mild though.

I'm back from my hike. Elevation change of about 1100 feet, and the trail is about a 3-mile loops. I think my kneecaps are gonna fall off. Walking down was the worst on them.

Mine are the red. So sweet. I can, and have, made my tummy ache eating them.

All this talk of how good peppers are, I must give them a try! I'm trying to learn to like vegetables that are good for me.

Make sure you get sweet bell peppers. Unless you like spicy.

No, I do not like hot foods at all. I think I'll try the red and orange bell peppers, given they are the sweetest

And yellow are right up there too.
