Amane 11-05-2014 06:29 PM

They're after my soul.

Antagonist 11-05-2014 06:30 PM

Yeah. Not sure about the average life span of those fish, but I had hoped he would last at least a year. D:

Wrenji-chan 11-05-2014 06:34 PM

My roommate had a fish, but it died. She had just bought a little aquarium for it too.

Antagonist 11-05-2014 06:36 PM

Aw, did she get another one after the fish died? D:

Amane 11-05-2014 06:36 PM

We used to have mini-sharks.

Wrenji-chan 11-05-2014 06:37 PM

No. The fish she had she won in a dorm carnival. Fish are rather expensive here too, I think.

Antagonist 11-05-2014 06:38 PM

Aren't sharks hard to care for though? [:O] If I got one it'd probably be dead within days. [sweat]

Fish can be cheap or expensive depending on the breed here. I usually get the cheapest ones. [lol]

Amane 11-05-2014 06:39 PM

Things were older than me when they died.

Antagonist 11-05-2014 06:40 PM

Reminds me of our Nintendo console at home. Thing's older than me too. >.>;;

Amane 11-05-2014 06:54 PM

The best things in this house are older than me.

Antagonist 11-05-2014 07:02 PM

Not many remaining things in the house that are older than me, since most of them have broken down over time and have been replaced. [sweat]

Wrenji-chan 11-05-2014 07:16 PM

[sweat] My parent's house was built in the 1820s. (My parent's didn't move there until the 1980s though.) Most of the building is still the original wood, so it creaks a lot. My dad also has some of his parent's things, and his grandparent's things. I've only ever seen small trinkets, but he has a couple trunks full of stuff.

PapillonCameo 11-05-2014 07:46 PM

The house I;m living in now is at least a hundred years old

Amane 11-05-2014 08:09 PM

Mine was built in 1979 and bought in 1982. There are still a lot of original things, and the structure is very creaky.

Antagonist 11-06-2014 03:57 AM

The apartment home we currently live in was completed soon after I finished kindergarten, so I'm older than the house. We recently got a bunch of stuff that previously belonged to my grandmother, so those are older than me I suppose. Beyond that, I think only the Nintendo console and the air conditioner in the living room are older than me.

PapillonCameo 11-06-2014 04:02 AM

IS it an N64? I loved those things

Antagonist 11-06-2014 04:03 AM

I think so? They came out a few years before I was born. As a kid I remember playing Duck Hunt and Mario on it. I want to strangle the stupid dog in Duck Hunt so badly. [XD]

PapillonCameo 11-06-2014 04:13 AM

Oh that's the old grey one you're talking about I think ... Well, for Duck Hunt anyway. I loved Duck hunt.

Liquid Diamond 11-06-2014 04:16 AM

That's just a regular original Nintendo. You're lucky you have one.
Working ones are pretty rare.

Also, on subject, my apartment was built in 2006. Same year my
relationship started... and I live here with my boyfriend. I always
found a cute sentiment in that.
But I love how brand new everything is!

Antagonist 11-06-2014 04:19 AM

It still works. [lol]

Our Duck Hunt gun is broken though. Even if I press the muzzle against the screen and fire it still misses.

Amane 11-06-2014 04:19 AM

Past Amane was precious.

Liquid Diamond 11-06-2014 04:20 AM

Try shooting VERY close to a light bulb that's turned on.
The gun is a light detector. Although... I guess that would
be considered cheating. You'd never miss! [lol]

Amane 11-06-2014 04:22 AM

We had a bajillion gaming systems, but no Duck Hunt.

Antagonist 11-06-2014 04:22 AM

Our lights in the living room are pretty bright, I dunno. Maybe I'll try again someday. We haven't touched the thing in years. [lol]

PapillonCameo 11-06-2014 04:23 AM

I wanna get an N64 soooo bad
