I'm pre diabetic and on a diet and I'm fine with bacon. but I suppose I only rarely have it..
I personally don't approve of vegetarianism, so I do tent to forget about it. |
Tofu... Is tasteless. Basically, tasteless until you add something to it.
As for vegetarianism, I know someone who has to be such. Or at least partial. He can't eat red meat of any kind because it bothers his body, for some reason. I'd hate that! |
Oh, I didn't know. My grandfather is diabetic, but he doesn't take care of himself. I couldn't be a vegetarian... and if my body forced to be like that.. I'd be very sad. Dx |
I at least don't have a history of diabetes in my family. A good thing to because I love sweets too much.

My mother is full diabetic. If she stresses out too much over what to eat (we have a very small budget too) then her sugars are worse than if she skips her medication
I can't eat red meat at all because of my fibro. I prefer chicken anyhow. I just have a problem with someone who chooses it. The human body is Omnivorous. It requires meat to run properly. Yes eating far too much is bad for you and eating rare creatures is just foolish, don't get me wrong. Much the same as I don't like alcohol or drugs. Humans are not designed for it. |
