Vinozia 'Vixan Vladimir' shifted nervously outside of the main meeting room for the World Conference. She had only been a nation bigger than a principality for a few months, and she was worried over how everyone would react. Her big brothers, for the few moments that Prussia wasn't trying to run away from Russia, had insured she would get along with everyone just fine, but she still was worrying.

England was being more than a little annoyed by American. The guy was always getting in his way, arriving when he didn't need to and stealing away any sort of fame he could get. He hated how the man always had to be the center of attention. Then he spotted her. "A new country?" He said softly, staring at her oddly from across the table. Who was she? How long had she been a country? Certainly not long he thought, because he hadn't seen her before. He was puzzled and the room got quiet, all staring at her oddly and waiting for her to introduce herself to them. "Who are you?" America asked, breaking the silence.

Arthur Kirkland

Vixan regained her composure quick and looked at everyone. With a clear strong voice, she spoke. "I am Vinozia, or Vixan Vladimir." She looked at everyone individually. "I have been a country for over four months now."

Arthur heard a few snickers, and he felt kind of bad for her. It might be a little difficult for her to fit in at first. He just hoped she would do ok around here. She was rather odd and intrigued him quite a bit. The rest of the countries were introducing themselves and it came to him. "I'm England, or Arthur Kirkland. Very nice to meet you." He said, trying not to freak her out and smiling a little.

Vixan kept herself outside unfazed by the snickers around her, however, inside, she was torn up. Once she had permission, she sat down and kept her head up during the meeting, taking notes on the few actual important things that were being discussed until America burst in, sending the meeting into a crazy spiral. Taking the insanity to her advantage, she slipped out of the meeting room and found an empty room with a couch. She punched the couch before flopping on it, fiddling with her cross necklace.

England thought he might die if he had to stay in here and listen to America. He was honestly stupid and very annoying. He saw Vixan slip out and he followed, wondering why she had left. He went into the room rather quietly and sat beside her. "Are you ok?" He asked, a tiny bit of worry in his voice. "Here have a cookie." He held out a little Baggie of cookies he had made himself. (don't ask were he got the cookies >_>)) he hoped she'd like them, though no one ever liked his cooking.

Vixan glanced over at the English country, her composure returning fast. now that she knew she was being watched. "I'm fine..." She looked at her cross and let it fall before looking at the cookies. "I suppose I could try one..." Something clicked in her head about England and cooking. She shrugged it off and took one of the cookies and took a small bite, expecting the worst. "Hey... this is good." She cracked a small smile.

England felt rather thrilled. He and this new girl could get along. He was sure of it. "Ypu really like it?!" He was grinning now, green eyes closed in a smile. "So, how do you like being a country so far?" He knew a lot of the others were being cruel to her and that must be painful. "I'm sorry for the rudeness you've been shown. Those other's are nothing but heathens."

She nodded and took another bite of the cookie. "I like being a country... I just didn't think I'd get such disrespect..." She sighed softly. "It's completely unfair... I mean, yeah, I've only been a country for a few months, but what does that matter?" Vixan picked at a loose thread on the couch.

England shrugged. "I wouldn't know what that's like really. America was so excepted by most when he first became a country. Every one liked him." England groaned. "I hated him for a while." He looked back at Vixan. "It will get better. You just have to prove you're strong. Kick some ass and you'll be excepted. I'll be your friend." He hoped shed except. She was a cute little country and he liked her a good bit. She was fun to be around...besides. She liked his cooking. That meant she was the best girl on the bloody planet.

Vixan had to pause in her actions when he said he'd be her friend. She wasn't honestly expecting that to come. She smiled once more. "I'd like if you were my friend." She looked over at England. "Just as long as you don't give my big brothers a reason to not want me to be friends with you." She looked back in the direction of the meeting room and and suddenly jumped up. "Oh nyet!" She said in sudden Russian. "My big brueder might be fighting right now!" Her English had a slight tinge of German to it. She glanced back at Arthur. "Um, thank you for speaking with me, but I realllly need to make sure nothing happened." She ran back to the conference room before walking in.

Arther was surprised when she very suddenly just up and left. "Oh...Eh.. See you later then?" He went back to join the others, though he'd been enjoying having a conversation with Vixan much better. She didn't argue like the others always did, and sometimes he just liked to talk without bickering. He stood in the back of the room, sighing slightly as People decided to argue about the most retarded things.

Vixan sighed in relief as she saw that Gilbert and Ivan were keeping a respectable distance from each other during all the arguing. She chose to walk over to the Russian to talk with first. "Big bruder Ivan.."

The Russian turned to her "Little sister!" he said cheerfully "How are you liking the meeting?"

"Well, England is rather nice... But that's about it..." Vinozia made a face of distaste at the other nations.

Arthur had a headache at this point. "Please be quiet." He muttered, but was heard by no one. He looked across the room at Vixan, seeing her talking to Ivan. At least she seemed to be happy enough at the moment. He for one couldn't wait to leave. He was so tired of listening to this chatter. When the meeting finally was over, he made his way to the door, moving fast so he could get out quicker.

Vixan watched the door when she saw Arthur making his way to leave. She jumped up, despite the fact Prussia was calling her, and ran over to him. "Arthur!" She walked up beside him. "Sorry for running off earlier..." She hesitated for a moment. "Thank you for talking to me..." She smiled slightly.

"Yo Vixan!" Gilbert came over to her. "I was calling you."

Vixan sighed. "What is it now Gilbert?!" She turned to him quickly.

"No need to be so hasty with me. I thought we were going for beers."

Vixan sighed again and they both started talking rather heatedly in German, making the conversation seem much more violent than it actually was.

England just smiled at her. "It was nice talking to you as well." He said, feeling slightly shy now. She was so cute. He looked at Gilbert and then back to her, wondering what was being said in their German. He certainly couldn't understand what they were saying. "Oh, you can go get beers...I'll see you another time." He didn't want to be in the way.

"Oh, no no no!" She turned back to Arthur after shoving Gilbert away. "He just wanted to be sure we could still go later." She smiled shyly then looked back at the Prussian with a glare. "Gehen Sie weg, Preussen!" She again looked to Arthur. "So, um, would you like to hang out?" She hoped he would say yes, although he didn't have to.

Arthur frowned, confused. "Eh? Oh, I'm ok." he didn't get why she was being all fussy with Prussia. "Sure we can hang out. What do you want to do?" He asked. "We could watch the tele or something. Perhaps you'd like some tea?"

"I haven't had good tea in a while..." She smiled, but felt Prussia staring at her from behind. "Um... We should go ahead and leave here..." she cast a cursory glance at Prussia again before looking at Arthur with a smile

England was so very unsure of what was going on with Prussia and his sister. "Eh..come on then." He said quietly. He started walking towards their destination. "What's up with you and your brother?" he asked curiously.

"Oh, he was just being a dork." She shook her head. "Telling me not to be stupid and all that stuff, and not knowing how to trust, and that I'm too new a country to make my own decisions.." Vixan laughed. "Annnd he said if I didn't go out for beers with him, he'd tell everyone how I got the nickname 'Double V'" she laughed yet again

Arthur grinned at her. "He's just trying to take care of you. That's a big brother's job you know." He got kind of curious about the whole nickname thing. "How did you get the nickname double V?" He asked. "That makes me kind of curious."

A blush crept on Vinozia's cheeks. "Um... See... While I was still The Principality of Vinozia under my Big Brother's care, I was really violent, because everyone tried to hurt me and they couldn't protect me... So, I kinda got the name Violent Vixy... Which, is Double V..."

He laughed. "I guess that means I have a badass as a friend." He shrugged and walked into his house after letting Vixan in. "So how do you like your tea?" He asked, going into the kitchen and starting the stove.

"Would you happen to have Earl Grey?" Vixan asked hopefully. She felt really nervous for just being at a friend's house. She looked at the pictures on the shelf. A young England was wearing a suit. She smiled, and kept looking at pictures.
