No, no sleep yet. And, Heiro actually was not late, he arrived fairly early but spent quite a bit of time watching the ball progress first. This is his way of making it clear that he does not want to be there, does not respect her as he once did, and that he still does not fear her. By the way, this is taking place after the other masquerades and our one on one, yes?

In fact, Uriel isn't even going to make an appearance, since after Ignatius's marriage, he was given his "freedom" from the courts. So now's he's pretty much wandering around trying to find someplace to call his own.

Well that is good, at least. And for me, it is impossible to forget that part. *sighs* Last night when I came home she was nearly in tears because there is what looks to be a rash on her foot. She is convinced it is something terrible and couldn't sleep because she was stressing herself over it. |
Hm ... Maybe he could make a surprise appearance. I'm just not sure how to work it in. Said Queen would be even more upset because she would have only the most strenuous of rights to give orders to her former servant. It would be entertaining, that's for sure.

Perhaps Heiro and Uriel were planning to meet there from the start? Through much convincing on Heiro's part, I am sure. *chuckles* And, that's part of the appeal! Both served her at one point and now she has no power over them save for the fact that they are her guests. She wouldn't be able to do anything to them, really, not without having to fear repercussion of what Heiro could do. He is a king of sorts himself, after all.
I'm almost certain it is nothing. I did my best to explain to her that it is most likely nothing, especially given the fact that other than discoloration of the skin, there have been no symptoms. However, she still doubts and fears, simply because it is something unknown. |
We still don't know how their fling turns out though... heh, You really like rping with Uriel don't you? Anyway, I probably will end up introducing Uriel in this masquerade as well. It's s fun to annoy Phryne.

I thought the idea behind the one on one was for them to be together. Do you expect it to turn out different? Regardless, I do like roleplaying Heiro with Uriel.... this reminds me that I need to talk to Angelo about the Marvel RP. She had said she wanted to try again once things had calmed down for some of us. This aside, you do not have to bring Uriel into this RP if you don't want to. It was just an idea I had.
It could, though she has not dyed her hair in some time, and does not work with traditional artist's utensils other than ball-point pen. Still, I am sure it is nothing, and I do hope she calms once she realizes this as well, but knowing her... by then she will have found another thing to panic about. *shakes head* |
