It's tedious, and boring, and it means I have to see accounting in three more periods then I want to. All I seem to do anymore is accounting, though at least the teacher's always joking around.
|
It sounds like the joking helps break the tedium. But, aren't you in school for accounting? Or was it business?
|
Gosh no, not accounting! >< I'm in the general program, but I want to concentrate on marketing next year. I'm in Business Admin.
|
Oh... Well, accounting is part of business, the way I see it...
|
It is, but it's my least favorite aspect of it. It's not creative, well creative accounting, but that's kind of illegal, lol
|
Ah, well, yeah, that's kinda illegal... >.<
Buh... I dislike long lists of numbers, too. |
haha Running joke in accounting class ...
I would love to learn more about marketing. It's so much fun. ^^ |
Creative accounting jokes?
Marketing scares me a little... |
Yes, don't ask because I can't remember.
I just like knowing what the marketers think when they do something. There's so much more thought that goes into creating a product then I first imagined! |
Aw... XP
I'd like to know what they're thinking, sometimes... Some commercials just confuse me. |
Like which ones?
And ... there's someone lurking, I wonder who? |
Sweetest sound wrought from string, a wooden lady cradled 'twix breast and chin- your answer, my dear: the lovely violin. *smiles* I am finally back, apologies for taking so long.
|
Ah, I wish I could come up with some kind suitable response, but alas I doubt that'll happen. But yes, your guess is quite correct. *hugs tightly* Don't apologize, you had good reason. Kina told me what had happened.
|
Oh, only the food commercials that seem to be entirely about cars until the last five seconds...
KAGE! *pounces* |
Oh that, it probably has to do with market research, and the target market buying those types of cars, and linking it with the food in question for some reason or other. Just a guess. Things don't necessarily make sense, like those weird coupon deals that are sent out in the mail, but the marketers almost always have data that makes them think it'll work.
|
I suppose you are correct, I should not apologize for things I have no control over... Regardless, I am doing better, though still quite sore. *hugs tightly* I should be fine by the time I make it back to the US though.
Kina: *catches and hugs tight* Konban wa, koibito. How is everyone there doing? |
You have no idea how relieved I am to hear that. *smiles a bit* I was really worried.
|
Oh, and the appliance commercials that start out as something akin to a vacation or soap opera... Those are actually funny.
*hugs Kage* I miss you. And we're doing okay, no fires or major accidents as of yet. |
Well they do try and make it memorable, all part of getting people to think of the product.
|
I am sorry to have worried you, but I am fine, I promise. *smiles* There is not much that will keep me down for long, I bounce back readily enough.
Kina: Just okay? Well... it is good there have been no accidents, at least and I miss you, and everyone back home as well. |
Seems to be a talent, *laughs*
|
Yeah, I suppose it does. Even if I don't actually remember if it's for a store or particular brand...
*sigh* We aren't sick or anything, but we aren't all doing the best, either... I think it's worry for you and missing you that's doing it. Make the train and plane go faster! |
*shrug* They probably use the same kind of marketing principles though
|
Probably... And watching a woman running blindly and smacking into a fridge is rather satisfying...
|
haha Well that's one way of making sure the commercial's remembered!
