thanks hummy, i sure hope i get to be a judge. this avatar contest is super fun and i love being a part of it. for the last one i gave a lot of advise to blueblackrose in my forum and it was like i was part of project mene without being part of it. made me want to be part of it again.

Yes past winners can still apply for judging, they just merely can not apply for contestant for three consecutive rounds.
