lol I'm just going to start naming off random items that could be used in anyway: evergreen shoulder strap, starlit laurels, lucky clover, dark banana leaf top, kingfisher feather ruff.

You could make yourself look like an apple tree. You could put the apples up in the branches above you with season's bounty EI, and use the apple hairpin and the equip-able hand apple to make it look like your tree has grown some.

Can I get some thoughts on my current avi? My colors are white, grey/silver, and gold.

I think... if you're going to have faint touches, maybe something more than just the key and-- I think your eyes are gold? It's hard to telll. I'd have it throughout the whole avatar in tiny bits-- a gold hairpin, maybe very understated gold earrings, and something at the ankles... is there a gold curtain-tie? Right now that one spot of color draws my eyes weirdly to your hand, which seems odd.

Going to be honest here, but I don't get the feeling of "air" from your avi at all right now.

Fair point. The colors might be right, but the elemental theme isn't there.

I would personally consider going with clouds for air.

I added clouds and more gold items. It's better, but still needs work.

For an airier feel than the horns, perhaps the gold headwings from Imperial Regality? I'd be happy to loan it to you to try! ... Although they might be a larger chunk of gold than you're looking for...

I'm finding this challenge fairly difficult... even if I wear my colors all the time I'm not happy with anything I've been able to put together so far... that might be because I keep thinking that it's getting too similar to previous entries I've created for this competition. I'm dead set on the hair staying the same but I'm not 100% on the skirt layering. I had a pannier on but that doesn't work well with the Bellatrix dress... I was considering a Ningyo tail but I had one on for the first challenge and I worry about making something too similar.

Past that... if someone does have a Ningyo or Ying Yang item I could borrow I would be very grateful!

There is a grey stormy background in Indra's storm... I wonder if that grey would be acceptable in the silver group?

I'm set for the dove headwings. Sadly, they don't layer with the gold ones. I'll got try that storm background though.

Suona, I tried that hair just now and wasn't thrilled with it.

what about removing the body? it would do a good job at representing the invisibility of air. just an idea. I decided in my avatar to try to represent all the elements and that was how i represented air. that and the wings. i think it does an ok job.

It sounded as though an invisible avi wouldn't be judged as highly. Since this is an avatar contest and an invisible base is lack there of.

Any other suggestions for my avvie before I submit? I don't want to over crowd it and I HAVE to use only Black, Brown, and Green!

also my suggestion was just an idea. my all means do what you think is best. my idea might be horrible. sometimes they are. lol. i think playing around with an avatar is the only way to get it to be right. guessing gets me no where.

Ugh, I'm not really liking anything I'm coming up with. I guess just a red, orange, and yellow avi is too boring to me. OTL This is is the one I like the most, but it's just not that great. > 3< I have a variation with a little more yellow too.
And I feel a background along with it is just too much.
