Age: 29 Profession: Captain of the UNSC Fenris Features: Scar up the left side of his neck into hairline. Close cropped brown/copper hair. Clean facial appearance. Dark green eyes. Bio: Graduating with honors from the Officers Academy on Luna, Tavio hails from the southern highlands of Scotland and it's very apparent in his thick accent. He entered the Navy straight out of highschool to join the fight against the alien conglomerate known as the Covenant. At age 25 he was first mate on the destroyer UNSC Rickety Ride.
