Clark opens his notebook and looks over at Pete "Because I just want him there..beside he is the one that talked me into it." before looking over at the new girl who sat infront of them. She seem quiet seeing she didn't introduce herself but guessing that just how some people are. Once class starts he listens to the teacher's lecture. Clark looks over at Pete who was looking over at Melody. He looks over at the girl himself and saw her drawing something. Other people may not be able to see what she was drawing but he could. Althought he shouldn't but he was just curious. As this girl seem to be a good person but something told him that he needed to watch it. He uses his x-ray vision to look thru her to see what she was drawing.

Lana figure she wasn't going to get anymore out of Chloe. So she guess she just had to find out later at work. Maybe he was finally getting the guts to ask her out.

(is drawing from time to time since i have alot of freebies to do. So excuse me if they wind up short or such)

Pete was upset that Clark chose to talk to Lex about this and bring him along instead of Pete. Pete would've at least liked to be asked if he could come or not, but, he had his own plans and made up his mind that he just didn't care right now. She was drawing someone sleeping however, it didn't show the face of whoever it was. She always drew out whatever she was dreaming about and never really knew what it meant.

Time passed and the school bell for class ended, Melody had been half asleep drawing, almost like in a daze, so she didn't hear the bell when it went off. "Hey Pete, can we talk?" Chloe asked making sure to leave Clark and Lana alone as she grabbed Pete by the arm and left out of the room. Pete wanted to talk to Melody and ask her what she was drawing, also just to welcome her to the high school.

Clark didn't think to much from the drawing. It was good but he couldn't tell who it was so he just decides to leave it alone. Hearing the bell ran he saw Pete being dragged out of the room with Chloe. He looks over at Lana guess he better go over there and say hi to her. Since he hasn't yet. Grabbing his bag after putting his books into the bag. Clark walks over to Lana "Hey Lana how are you? you working today?" says just wanted to make sure she was before him and Lex head over there.

"Ow!... hey take it easy Chloe. You don't have to pull my arm off like that. So whats up?" Pete says. He figured he would talk to Melody after finishing talking to Chloe. He figures that Chloe wanted to leave Clark and Lana alone. But it seem that Chloe wanted to talk as well.

Melody gets up as another girl who likes music alot walked over to her and tapped her on the shoulder explaining it was time to go. They left together talking and she seemed to fit in pretty well now. "Oh hey Clark, yea, normal shifts tonight, why?" Lana asked wondering why he was asking, but, thanks to Chloe she had a pretty good reason as of why.

"I um, just wanted to give them some space, and besides you still have that secret admirer to think about, remember?" Chloe said as she remembered Pete saying someone got into his locker and placed a note there saying that they liked Pete but wouldn't say who it was.

"Oh nothing..just wondering.." Clark says. He was nervous and he couldn't wait any longer. He knew Lex would understand that he decide to go ahead and ask Lana. Since after all they go to school together so mainly he didn't need Lex's help after all. Even thought it was him that talked him into it more. "Well I was going to come over after school with Lex. To ask you something but I can't wait any longer." he pauses. He quickly takes an look around to notice no one else was in the room before looking over at Lana. "Lana..will you..I mean do you want to go out with me?"

Pete remembered it and looks at Chloe "Oh yea..I still don't know who sent the letter but I will find out soon. I'm going to the place where the note said that we can met at." says. Since that was his plan. "So..have you met that new girl?"

(I am sorry, meant to tell you I went to sleep)

Lana listened to Clark, when he asked her if she would go out with him, she froze for a moment. Maybe she hadn't heard him correctly and heard only what she wanted to hear. Her brain confirmed it, confirmed that she had heard right, and threw her arms around Clark's neck kissing him on the lips. Once she realized what she had done, she let go, and blushed smiling coyly as she stood there "Sorry" she mumbled but she was sorry, she was waiting forever to do that.

Chloe nodded, "I dont have any more leads, there wasn't much to go on besides the note, and the meeting place" Chloe answered and didn't say anything more about it. Chloe didn't want the end of school to end just yet, but, at the same time she did.

(Its ok oh btw my mom is home from the hospital. I just got her this morning.)

Clark was surpised by Lana's reaction when she kissed him. He couldn't help himself but before he was able to kiss her back. Lana pulled away. "Don't be sorry. Its the reaction I was hoping for." smiles before he leans in and kisses her back on the lips. Wrapping his arms around Lana's waist and holds her close as he kissed her. After a while he breaks the kiss cause he didn't want to get into trouble for kissing on school grounds. "So you want to do something after work. Or are you working until it closes tonight? Cause I was thinking we can go out and get some dinner."

Pete sighs deeply, he was hoping Chloe got any leads for him. "Alright...thanks for helping Chloe..just have to wait and see..." Looking at the time and relieze he would be late for pratice. "Sorry Chloe I have to get to pratice or I will be late...the couch will get on to me then I will never find out who my secret admirer is.." he turns and runs off down the hallway.

(Oh that's good, is she doing better?)

Lana didn't resist when he kissed her; smiling she answered "I would love to" she smiled "Oh, class is going to start soon" Lana stated knowing she didn't be late for her classes, "Mind walking me to class Clark?" Lana asked sweetly. She was happy they were finally together and the fact that they just kissed made it all taste so much sweeter.

(I never realized how addicting Big Time Rush was)

"Kay, bye" Chloe shook her head and walked to the journalism room. After classes went by, the end of the day came around; Pete was going to meet his secret admirer, and Lana was going on a date after work with Clark. Luckily she didn't have to work the whole time and only five hours tonight after getting someone to take half of her shift for her.

(Yea she just have to take it easy for a while. I would hate for her to relaps again and end up back in the hospital.)

"Sure," Clark says as he takes her hand and walks out of the class room. So he could walk Lana to the next class. "So anywhere you want to go for dinner tonight? Or should I just surpise you?" says. He was happy himself that they was now dating and it would look that it would be a very good relationship. Since after all they got their first kiss out of the way. Clark couldn't wait until he tell Lex that he had already ask Lana out. Hoping he wouldn't be upset by pulling away from his work because he did ask him to come with him late today. But of course it seem he didn't need his best friends help after all except for telling him he should do it.

"Hm, surprise me" Lana smiled as people stared at them, it wasn't a bad kind of stare, just more like 'finally' everyone knew Lana liked Clark and most knew Clark liked Lana. Why ever the two didn't get together before was a small mystery to Lana. The school day being over, Lana had to leave Clark to go to work; Chloe was waiting with Pete just outside of the park where Pete was going to meet his secret crush. Chloe was waiting to see if Pete was going to walk out there and wait so the girl would know to approach or not.

Melody was walking around trying to find her way around, it would be best to know the area, than to just wander like she was doing now. Though she probably should have asked for some help around as she stopped in the spot Pete was supposed to meet his secret admirer. Not on purpose though, she was looking around remembering where things were so in case she would get lost later, she would remember what was around in order to get to it.

Clark would leave to go home to get ready to go to the Talon later. He pulls up and gets out of his truck before heading inside. His parents wasn't home so he figure they was out either working or find a tractor to by. Clark heads upstairs and goes to the bathroom to wash himself up. Maybe Lex would stop by since he would believe he was still coming over with Clark to Talon later.

Pete finally gets out of the gym and heads to the meeting place where the note told him to met up. He looks around before he saw the new girl, Melody. Then he wonder if she was his admirer but it would be strange since he never really met her before but hey thats what secret admirer are sometimes.

Lex couldn't stop by until it was time to meet Clark over by the Talon, he was going to, but, Lex's father hung around him until it was time to leave and by then Lex was ready to leave early. Which he did, he went to the Talon and sat at one of the tables waiting for Clark to show up, and already seeing Lana there.

"Let's see...I have a feeling I am going to forget soon..." she looked around as if searching for something and confused. Chloe sighed, this was not going her way and she pushed Pete out into the open "Go talk to her, maybe that's her" she might be new but you never knew when it came down to people who you didn't know much about.

(heh to bad for the rules on menewsha. Or I would have put it into really steamy hot details. Lol)

Clark stands under the warm water and sighs. The warmth of the water always relaxes his body. Letting the water run down him while he washes his hair then the rest of him. (Which I wish I could put more detail right here) After a while he would finish up cause he didn't want be late. Clark got out of the shower and got dressed. Before heading out as it would take him a good while to get to Talon.

Pete looks over at Chloe before looking back over at the new girl. He soon gets pushed over as he would chuckle alittle at what Chloe just said. "Hmm hello.." says to Melody after he walks over to her. "Your in my chemistry class right?" says.

It didn't take Clark long already he saw Lex's car already there. So he pulls up next to the car and gets out. Looking around before he walking inside. Smelling the fresh coffee brewing and alots of talking. Lana did alot to this shop and he was happy it was doing so well. Clark had stop by a flower shop before he arrives at Talon to buy Lana some flowers to give her. Not even going over to the table where Lex sits he heads over to the counter. "Hey Lana how's work?" smiles lightly.

(*gapes* awww...crap lol now I wish there was a mature spot where we could get detailed but not too detailed)

"Hm? Oh um, yes?" Melody spoke calmly, but, a bit uncertain why he was talking to her. "Can I help you with something?" she smiled cutely tipping her head a bit to the side showing she was curious.

Lana looks up and smiles "Oh hey Clark" her eyes brightened upon seeing Clark. She had her hair down, but, her bangs tied back into a braid behind her head to keep it out of her face. She was wearing one of her usual outfits, but, it made her look really good. It was her favorite blue shirt not low cut, but, it was better than what she decided on earlier.

(she changed after school and i had trash to do)

Pete couldn't help but to stare at Melody before he spoke. "Uhh yea..I'm Pete and I just want to know if you send me this note.." looking at her. He takes out the note from his pocket "And seeing you are the only one here I would guess you are the secret admirer." He just hope he didn't get the wrong girl or he would be very embrassed.

Clark wore blue jean pants with a leather brown belt. And a red and white stripped pole shirt. It was his normal attire for going out. And the place where they was going wasn't that fancy but it was nice looking. "You look nice as ever...here I got you theses lillies..." says. Yea he was nervous since this was their first date after all. Handing the flowers over to Lana before leaning over the counter to kiss Lana on the lips gently. Right infront of Lex too. Not that he knew Lex had any type of feelings for him. To Clark they was just best friends after all.

Melody looked at the note "Nope, not mine. I always write in cursive green ink" which was true, her favorite color was green, and she was so used to cursive that it was out of habit. "But, I'm not the only one besides you around here. She's here too" Melody points to Chloe and turned to walk away "Check the hand writing with a few people you know, maybe you'll figure out that person that way" she stated giving him a quick kiss on the cheek, she didn't like him let alone know him, but, he did just get his secret admirer wrong so it was the least she could do. Melody then left walking and looking around again.

Lana smiled at the site of the flowers "Oh, they're so beautiful" Lana stated and kissed Clark back, her shift was over with as she took her apron off and put it up on the hook walking over to Clark on the other side of the counter. "Ready whenever you are" she smiled.

Lex wasn't liking this, there was a tightening feeling in his chest, and it wasn't going away. He felt bit hurt, jealous, but, didn't let it show. Lex watched as the couple started to leave "Have a good time lovebirds" Lex said out loud (not really loud) and put a smile on so no one would think he was anything but happy for them.

(my feet hurt!...shopping is hell on my feet *sighs*)

Pete sighs deeply as it was confusing but he understood. It was to bad it wasn't the new girl. He gets a light kiss on his cheek by Melody before watching her walk away. Right now he didn't know what to say. He would think if it wasn't Melody then who. He would turn around and looking over at Chloe. "Chloe...you know something don't you?"walking over as he begans to wonder if it was Chloe.

Clark smiles and nods "Yes I am ready.." taking Lana by the hand. He heads to the exit of the door before hearing Lex. He completely forgot about Lex. "One second Lana.." says. Clark lets go of Lana's hand before he walks over "Hey thanks for giving me talk about asking Lana out. You was right..she did say yes. Thanks Lex." says.

(try five hours of cleaning the shelves at shop n save with only a fifteen minute break)

Chloe shook her head "Sorry, nope I don't" being in journalism meant you needed to learn how to lie. "I guess she's not coming, how long did you want to wait?" Chloe asked casually. She didn't have anything else to do tonight, but, she could figure out something probably.

Lana smiles as she waits over by he exist talking to one of her friends on the side asking where she was going. Lex stood up giving Clark a pat on the back, "No problem, I told you she would, I'm glad it all worked out for you. Now go have some fun" Lex planned to stay for a bit at the Talon and then go somewhere else afterwards.

(Ouch yea..you win lol)

Pete looks at Chloe not sure what that girl was thinking. "Well I guess I'll wait alittle bit longer. And if she doesn't come then I am going home." shrugged alittle. He leans agaisnt a tree wondering if he got played or not. At lease Clark had it better than him. He already had a girlfriend.

Clark was glad that Lex was ok but what he didn't know that Lex was hiding the jealousy from him. "Thanks...if you have time later..you can give me call to see how things went. Anyway I need to get going Lana is waiting.." smiling at Lex. "Talk to you later Lex." turning around. He heads back over to Lana and takes her by the hand again. Waiting until she was done talking to her friends before leading her out the door. And heads to his truck and like a gentleman he opens the door for Lana. Once Lana was in he heads toward driver side and gets in. "Just wait until you see where we are going for dinner."

(It wouldn't be surpising if Lex follows them after he leaves Talon)

(Lol that was today, after my break I slowed down and hardly did a thing on the shelves. I just talked to someone is all)

Chloe sat on the bench next to Pete, she was going to tell him who the mystery girl was, but, she didn't want to ruin their friendship. She did later hear that Lana and Clark got together, she was glad that Lana finally was able to get her wish. Though Chloe was getting bored waiting on no one to show up. "So, besides this mystery girl, was there anyone in school you liked?" Pete always liked someone.

Lex's smile faded, for some reason the thought of Clark having to be around Lana, more like wanting to be around her. Kind of annoyed him really, and he wasn't so sure he liked it this time. Maybe they wouldn't last long or maybe they wouldn't be around eachother much. After they left about a couple minutes later it was bugging Lex so much that he just had to follow them. He wasn't sure why, but, he felt as if he needed to help or protect Lex.

Lana smiled at him once they rejoined and she said bye to her friends. She had gotten into the truck, she didn't mind the non-fancy things, this was more of her style, just the stay at home lovey dovey style. "Oh, I can't wait" Lana was excited, her first real date with Clark, and she hoped it was going to go well. She knew it would go well, what would make it go wrong?

(that's what I was thinking, so lets do that lol Lex is stalking haha, I thought people stalked him haha)

Pete sighs abit looking over at Chloe "Well there is one girl but not sure how she feels about me. She stays so busy to the point I can't say anything to her cause of her busy life." He leans back and looks around alittle as he would just wait abit longer. Until finally he stands up "Well I guess she isn't coming..I need to get home.." says. He looks over at Chloe "I'll see you tomarrow and thanks for waiting with me."

Of course he didn't have the money to take Lana anywhere fancy but he had the perfect place. He starts the engine and pulls out of the parking place before he heads toward the park they had. At this time of day it wouldn't be to cool or warm or a moonlight pinic. He already had a pinic basket in the bag of the truck hidding from Lana so she wouldn't see it until they got there. After a good drive there he pulls up into the parking lot of the park "Alright we are here.." before he got of the cab of the truck. Clark reaches into the back and pulls the basket out also a two blankets. One to sit on and the other to cover up so they wouldn't get too cold.

(heh I am a cashier, so it was alright, but, today bored the hell out of me)

Chloe had the sudden urge to tell him everything, but, wasn't sure how he would react. She could handle journalism and the harsh things that went with it, but, she wasn't able to handle rejection very well. That showed quite too well in the past with the guys she had dated. "No problem" she smiled trying not to give it away "Oh wait" Chloe quickly said as he was going to walk away; she quickly moved over to him and kissed him on the lips and then ran off not giving him time to respond, she wanted at least a peaceful moment before the rejection.

Lex got into his car that he drove here, not too fancy, but, still it was nice. He drove behind them hoping not to be seen, caring more of the fact of what they were doing, and stopped his car a bit away. Lana herself had gotten out of the truck and closed the door going around to Clark thinking 'Oh wow' they were at the park and the only thing she could think about was a picnic this evening which was oh so romantic.

Pete was about to leave before he knew it Chloe kissed him. After all it was Chloe who he had feelings for and it was true she always stayed busy with the school newspaper. And with all of those strange things that had been going on in Smallville. But this said it all. Pete watches Chloe leaving before he could say anything. That was Chloe alright..he knew she had some bad relationships. So she always seem to run when something like this happen. Pete decides to go after her "Chloe wait!" trying to see where the heck she had ran off to.

Clark smiles looking over at Lana. "I would had taking you some place abit nicer but..money is tight around the farm." chuckles alittle. Leading Lana over to a nice spot in the park. He sets the basket down and spreads out the blanket onto the ground. Not even knowing they had been followed by Lex. And he looks over at Lana "This is a nice spot to have a little pinic.." smiles at her.

Chloe ran off home, she didn't get completely there, she had gotten halfway there when she realized she couldn't run any longer. 'Man, what was I thinking?' she figured that Pete didn't like her like that and now their friendship would be awkward. This just wasn't her day and it was odd enough that the new girl Melody wandered in about the same time that she was supposed to do or say something to Pete.

Lana smiles "It's alright Clark, this is more romantic" Lana looked over as they walked to the perfect spot, she spotted Lex, unsure of why he was there. She figured it had to be because her and Clark were dating, and maybe Lex didn't like it. Lana was right, very right, Lex wasn't liking this since he was able to be there for Clark when he asked Lana out today. Lana smiled, more like grinned at the fact that she had Clark to herself and Lex didn't. Lex and Clark were best friends, always hanging out, or always running into eachother. Lana sits down pulling Clex's hand down to sit next to her while they would spend time with eachother.

(I have an idea for Lana :P)

Clark was glad that she was ok with it. He blinks and gets pulled down next to Lana by the hand. "Well I'm glad" says looking at her. Openning the pinic basket and pull out a few sandwish. "Wasn't sure what you like..so I have differet kinds." places a few choices of sandwish on the blanket.Then reaches it into the basket and pulls out some soda. It was just strange something was strange..he couldn't really explain it really. But he just had to ignore it for now. Since he couldn't explain what it that was wrong there was nothing he could do about it.

There wasn't much Pete could do but to go home. He heads home and takes a shower while he would do his homework before going to bed. He checks his messages just to make sure Chloe didn't call before he lays down on the bed staring up a the ceiling.
