"Trust me, it's best that only Tamara and I are forced to listen to it," Bahiti said as she started heading back for home. "We're all really a bit too lax about talking over one another, though, so it's not a bad thing that I held her back."

Harry just snorted again and didn't say anything else. Mouse walked sedately next to him back to the house.

When they got back to the house, Bahiti went in first.

"May as well come in," she said. "So we can figure out a game plan."

Christine looked over at her, although she did do a double-take when she saw Mouse.

"No problems, I assume," she said, going back to the book in her lap.

"Kali tried to have a 'big fluffy' moment," Bahiti said dryly as she went to sit down on the couch. "I had to stop her."

Christine snorted. "Yeah, well, can't blame her this time." She grinned briefly. "So what's the plan now?" She watched as Harry and Mouse moved into the house.

"I'm thinking one of us should go get the others," Bahiti said. "The two down the street. What do you think?"

"I'll go grab them." Christine got up and stretched. "Be back in a jiffy."

Shutting the door after her, she jogged down the street to get the brothers, knocking on their door.

Cal was the first one to the door, and he raised an eyebrow when he saw her.

"Yeah?" he asked.

"We're supposed to have our pow-wow this morning," Christine said. "We're all ready, come on over to the house."

Cal nodded and leaned back inside.

"Nik!" he called.

"I heard," Niko replied calmly, moving over to join them, already prepared to go. He nodded to Cal to get his guns, if he didn't have them already.

Cal just nodded to the door. He was ready. He wouldn't have even opened the door without his guns.

Christine led the way back to the house, letting them in.

"Alright, I think we're all here now," she said, looking over at Bahiti and Harry.

Bahiti nodded.

"So now what?" Cal asked as he leaned against the nearest wall. Bahiti was quiet for a moment.

"Well," she said, "I suppose, since this would come out one way or another..." She paused for a moment, working on ignoring her sisters' protests. She looked at Cal and Niko. "You've both met my sisters individually, yes?"

"Yes," Niko agreed, looking at her with a raised eyebrow. He had to admit, he was curious.

Harry blinked, watching as well.

Bahiti paused a moment to gather her thoughts.

"My sisters and I are what is called a Tryad," she finally said. It was mostly for the brothers' benefit, since Harry already knew. She looked at Niko. "Tamara already thinks you know, so there's no point in hiding it anymore." It took her a moment of internal squabbling, but Bahiti managed to retreat and push one of her other sisters to the surface. Tamara huffed and crossed her arms, red curls spilling over her shoulders.

Cal blinked. He'd never seen anything like that before.

Niko smirked. So he had been right. He knew it. "Intriguing," he murmured, looking at Tamara. "So you all three live in the same space?" Because it was clear the bodies weren't all identical.

"We share a common core," Tamara replied reluctantly. "Vital organs and such. Limbs, technically, although the bones are unique."

Niko hummed quietly before he nodded. He had no other questions, for the moment. He'd focus on removing the threat first. And then more questions.

"Now, if nobody minds..." Tamara retreated again, and Bahiti took her place. Bahiti stretched a bit and tugged her shirt back into place a bit.

"Right, now that that's out of the way..." She looked at everyone else.

"Next order of business: How do we find the demon?" Christine looked around.

"We have a few ideas where to look." Niko looked at the girls. Things would go faster if they split up into two groups, but he didn't want to be the first to suggest it.

"Where do you think, then?" Bahiti asked. She knew that they would likely have to split up, as well, but she wanted to see what the plan was, first.

"Probably look around abandoned buildings, long abandoned," Niko said. "That would be the best place to work from."

"Well, that's only four or so parts of the city," Christine said dryly.

"A least it's not more than that," Bahiti pointed out. "And the old industrial park is small, anyways." The abandoned warehouses, though, would likely cause a problem. She was quiet for a moment, debating with her sisters. "Tamara thinks we, as a group, should split up to check everywhere."
