"Excellent." Loki positively beamed. "That is correct, although I cannot discern the exact amount of time this spell will last."

"Give an inexact time frame, then," Tony snarled.

"Oh, three weeks?" Loki shrugged fluidly.

"Three weeks?" Clint shrieked. "You can't leave us like this for three weeks!" Oh yes, s/he was completely freaked out at being on the receiving end of magic again.

"Well, I was planning to start examining the spell in more detail, but now..." Loki trailed off with a wicked grin. "It might be more entertaining to watch you freak out and hop around like a cricket, Barton."

Elaine sighed as Clint tried to jump at Loki, only to misjudge her new center of balance and fall flat on her face. Elaine turned her implants back on.

"Please stop baiting Clint," she commented to Loki. "It's not helpful."

Loki smirked. "Don't worry so, archer," she said dismissively. "I will work on this spell when I can." Grinning suddenly, she stood and started out of the room. "Keep up that worrying and you'll ruin your lovely complexion."

Kae bit her lip to keep from laughing.

Elaine just sighed again and shook her head. Then she looked at all of the men-turned-women critically.

"I think we may need to go shopping," she finally said. "Because there's no way any of my things are going to fit anyone except maybe Clint and Tony."

"Yeah, shopping, now." Kae eyed them all critically. "We can probably guess the sizes to get them something to wear to go shopping in, because I'm sorry but you lot are not going out in public like that."

"Shopping?" Clint repeated plaintively.

"Yes," Elaine replied. She was quiet for a moment, thinking. "Okay, Clint, Tony, you two come with me, I might have something you can borrow. Steve..." She looked over at 'her.' "We'll figure something out for you, you won't fit any of my things, you look like a size or so bigger than me all around."

"I might have something that'll fit him, I mean her," Kae said speculatively. "Thank goodness I buy sleep shirts like three sizes too big." She grinned. "Steve, Bruce, Thor, I'll find something for you three to wear, for today at least. In a bit we can go out and get proper clothes for you."

Steve sighed but nodded, resigned to this for however long it lasted.

As long as it didn't last long, anyway.

Elaine nodded as well and gestured for the two to follow her. Bruce and Thor followed Kae, Thor still looking distinctly uncomfortable.

Kae managed to find things appropriate for them, making them all go change and then going back into the living room with her freshly-clothed troupe to find Loki already dressed and ready to go.

"Right, looks like we're almost ready." She grinned.

"No, we are," Elaine said as she walked back out with Tony and Clint. Somehow, she'd managed to find something for Tony that obscured the glowing of the arc reactor, and neither of them were dressed in anything too incredibly feminine. She glanced at the two, and almost did a double-take when she sat Tony squishing 'her' chest around in the shirt. "Tony, stop groping yourself. Do you see anyone else doing that?"

"Hey, this is all for Science," Tony said, poking herself a few more times. "Really, how often do I get to do this without being slapped? Let alone do it to myself."

"Tony, dear, you are the most awesome cousin ever, but we're not going to let you out to play if you keep acting like that." Kae grinned at him.

"Tony, knock it off till we get back," Elaine said. "Then you can grope yourself all you want for science." She shook her head. "Let's get the shopping done before anything else happens."

Tony rolled her eyes but headed out to the garage so they could take a couple cars and go shopping. At least she still had credit cards with basically no limit.

The drive to the strip mall wasn't long at all, even in two cars.

"Alright," Elaine said when they got there, "this will be faster if we split up, I think." She looked at Kae. "I'll take Tony, Steve, and Loki, you take Bruce, Thor, and Clint?" She paused and looked at Natasha. "And you can go with either group, since you need the least supervision?"

Natasha hesitated before moving over to stand by Elaine. "I'm sure you'll need help," he said, voice lower than before.

"Sounds good. We'll see you in a couple hours," Kae said, grinning briefly as she corralled her three off. She figured they'd appreciate Sears and Kohls, as opposed to Tony, who would likely drag the other group to the most up-scale place in the mall.

Elaine nodded and waved to Kae before herding her group off to JC Penny's. Hopefully that would be good enough to keep Tony from complaining but still normal enough that Steve would be able to find things. She would likely have to improvise for Loki.

Kae had minimal trouble keeping her group in line, getting clothes for all of them and making them carry most of the bags before she texted Elaine a few hours later.

I think we're about done. You lot?

Take a guess at how many times the phrase 'God damn it, Tony' was said.

Because Tony was ridiculously hard to keep on track sometimes, and really, whose bright idea was it to put Electronics between the door and the Women's Department? At least Tony was the last one that needed clothing, even Natasha had enough to last a couple of weeks now.

Kae laughed out loud at that. Way too many, from every other person there. Anyway, we're going to stop and get food because Thor says he's--she's--hungry.

Because clearly even female Thor was a bottomless pit.

These gender pronouns are going to drive us insane. Meet you in the food court in fifteen.

"Come on," Elaine added aloud. "Tony, pick something already. Five shirts, four bottoms, at least one pair of shoes. We're meeting Kae and the others in the food court soon."

Tony frowned at her before he picked out some things that would at least be decent on him. He wasn't thrilled, but he also wasn't an expert in women's clothes (unless you counted taking them off).

"Fine, here are some things. Happy?"

"Depends, do you like what you picked out?" Elaine asked. "You're the one who's going to be wearing them. You have to like them."

"They're good enough, I can order things online later too." Since now that Tony had sizes he was more than happy to do that.
