Elaine waddled around for a few more moments, and then looked at him.

"Would you mind terribly if I went to bother Tony for a bit? I'll use magic so I don't have to worry about stairs, I promise."

Steve blinked before he nodded. "Alright," he agreed. "Just don't wear yourself out, okay?"

"I won't," Elaine said. She gave him a kiss. She paused when one of the twins squirmed and kicked, although not hard enough to hurt. "Oh, here, feel before it stops," she said, taking his hand and putting it where the little one was kicking.

Steve blinked but held his hand there, grinning when the little one kicked against his hand. "Not too hard?" he checked with her, though he was very pleased to feel the kicking.

"Not at all," Elaine said, smiling. "He or she is probably just trying to turn over a bit."

Steve smiled, waiting until the little one had stopped to pull his hand back.

"That's incredible."

Elaine smiled.

"The kicking started like that," she said. "It's nice when it's gentle like that."

"I bet." Steve smiled. "Well hopefully it'll stay that way for a little while longer."

"Hopefully," Elaine said. She gave him a kiss. "I'm going to go bother Tony for a while. I'll let you know when I'm coming back up."

"Alright. Have fun." Steve smiled and watched her go before heading down to the gym.

Tony was, predictably, down in his lab.

Elaine used magic to get herself to the door of the lab, neatly bypassing the long walk. She tapped on the glass gently to get Tony's attention.

Tony waved the door open, still bent over some software upgrades for the bots.

"Waddling along fine?" he asked when she walked in.

"Hush," Elaine said as she made her way over to a chair. "Waddling is the only way I can walk at the moment." She settled down where she could see what he was doing.

Tony snickered at her, he couldn't help it. Of course, he was also watching her through Jarvis.

"Dummy, go make smoothies."

Elaine grinned a bit as Dummy chirped and happily rolled away. Then she winced as she was kicked hard, and massaged her stomach.

"Everything okay?" Tony asked, because of course he saw that wince.

"Just getting kicked," Elaine said, carefully rubbing the spot. She sighed softly when the kicking gentled again. "It's softer now." She glanced at him. "Did you want to feel before it stops?"

"I would but if I leave this code alone it'll get away from me. Next time." Tony shot her a quick grin, and Dummy rolled back over to her with a smoothie.

"Thanks, Dummy," Elaine said as she took the smoothie. She took a sip and sighed. "Perfect." She sat there with the smoothie for a few moments, and then looked at Tony. "So what are you coding?"

"Software upgrades," Tony said, glancing over at her. "Has to happen occasionally. But Dummy's going to be uncooperative about it."

"I think I've heard you complaining about it before," Elaine said. "Something about a stupid hat and standing in the corner?" She grinned a bit.

Tony snorted. "I keep threatening him with that," he agreed mildly. "One of these days I'm going to actually do it and then he'll be a sad little bot and wish he'd listened to me."

Elaine grinned and snickered a bit.

"It's adorable how you interact with him," she said. "He's got much more personality than the others."

"He was the first, and he's still got a lot of useless code in there," Tony said, his eyes narrowing a bit when Dummy zoomed past. "I keep trying to fix it but he won't let me."

"Ever tried asking him?" Elaine said, looking at him. "You speak bot now, right?"
