Unable to contribute
 
I'm trying to make a contribution via paypal but it gives me:

Error - Return to Merchant
Return to Digital Cyber Soft

At this time, we are unable to process your request. Please return to Digital Cyber Soft and try another option.
I searched around and I didn't see anything about paypal issues in the announcements (unless I missed something)
