No, I'm pretty sure the spring rolls had a bit of pork in them, usually spring rolls do have meat in them. either chicken or pork. |

I haven't even attempted to make spring rolls in years, it takes a lot of preparation time. to cut up all the fillings and then to wrap them is a time consuming task too. And I've seen some places sell vegetarian spring rolls. |
I miss good chinese food. The chinese food in NC is awful.

I often wonder whether the food my mum makes would be considered Chinese. We're of Chinese background, but her generation and even so mine never lived in China, and she didn't learn to cook from her own mum. |
