Here's my recipe for my quiche, minus the pumpkin face if you all want it. [:D] Ingredients: 1 9 in. pie crust (hand made or store bought is fine) 3 eggs, slightly beaten 3/4 cups, cream (if you don't have cream you can use evaporated milk, or even just plain milk. you can also replace the milk in this recipe with cream or evaporated milk.) 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt A dash of pepper 1 cup your favorite cheese Instructions: 1. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees, bake empty pie crust for 5 minutes. When the crust is done, turn oven down to 350 degrees. 2. In a mixing bowl, lightly beat the eggs till light and softly foamy. 3. Mix in cream, milk, salt, and pepper, mix till combine. 4. arrange cheese in to the pie crust and pour mixture over top. 5. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour, or until set. 6. Let cool, eat. |
