Gold made his way into the kitchen, intent on some tea as well. He was slightly surprised to see her there.

"How are you feeling?" he asked as he watched her make her tea.

"Cautiously okay," Tina said, glancing at him. "So far." She set the tea to steep and brought the pot over to the table.

Gold nodded at that. She wasn't panicking, that was good. He gestured for her to sit down with him.

"Henry and Miss Swan have left for the day," he said.

"Good. Means we can sit and relax now." Tina sat next to him and leaned into his side immediately.

"Indeed," Gold said, putting his arm around her and pulling her close. He did hesitate just slightly when his hand brushed her stomach, though, and ended up settling it on her waist instead.

Tina was kind of grateful for that. She had mostly come to peace with the fact that she was pregnant, but she didn't need reminding just yet.

Gold knew she was still trying to adjust, and did his best to let her.

"Bae will bring them back in a few days for another lesson," he said. "You're welcome to observe, if you like."

Tina nodded. "I think I will. Might be fun. Never know, I might even learn a few things." She managed a grin. "It'll at least be fun."

"Indeed," Gold said, nodding. He smirked slightly. "Henry is a much more willing student than his mother is proving to be."

"That doesn't surprise me." Tina chuckled. "When I showed him I had plant magic he was very excited, definitely much moreso than Emma."

"He will likely be the easiest to teach," Gold agreed. "He is a very enthusiastic student." He pulled her a bit closer, resettling so he was a bit more comfortable.

Tina stayed there, relaxing with him for a little while. "At least you'll have one good student," she murmured.

"Indeed," Gold agreed. He let her cuddle. "Perhaps I should move us to the den? The couch is more comfortable than the kitchen chairs."

Tina chuckled. "This is true," she said. "Can we take the tea with?" It was helping with her nerves, at least.

"Far be it from me to deny you your tea," Gold said with a bit of a grin. He gave her a quick kiss and then transported them and the tea into the den as gently as he knew how. He didn't want to upset Tina's stomach again.

Tina settled in against him again with a little yawn. Fortunately her stomach didn't mind the trip.

"So I think I'm okay with... this," she said, making a vague motion at her stomach. "Are you?"

Gold was quiet for a moment.

"I never thought I would be given the chance to be a father again," he said quietly to her. "The notion scares me a little, I will admit. But... I find that it also pleases me very much. So if you are willing, then I would very much like to be a father again."

Tina nodded slowly. "Well, why don't we see how things go over the next month or so?" She smiled a bit at him.

Gold nodded.

"We'll see, then," he agreed. He kissed her gently. "Don't hesitate to speak up if you need anything at all."

"Oh I'm sure you'll know," Tina said with a bit of a grin. "You don't need to worry about that."

"Good," Gold said. His hand hovered near her stomach. "May I? I'd like to make sure you're both alright after your rather impressive morning sickness."

Tina nodded. "Go ahead," she agreed. It was probably a good idea, after all.

Gently, Gold touched her stomach and reached out with a delicate thread of magic. All he did was check for anything wrong, and he withdrew when he didn't find anything bad.

"All is well," he said, moving his hand back to her waist.

"Good." Tina settled back against him comfortably, yawning briefly. "It's a good thing today hasn't been stressful at all."

Gold moved a bit so they were both stretched comfortably on the couch, and waved a hand towards the fireplace. A low fire obediently came to life.

"Now it's time to just relax," he said softly to Tina. "Sleep, if you can."
