i can type... umm ummm 145 words a minute i think i was up to at one point when i was timing it?

@Shadami: Oh reading does not work for me at all in front of a tv, or if I hear anything with words. So, music with lyrics. Can't read while that's on.

exactly why i can't really do it. If its just a doodle i might be able to draw while in front of the tv. but usually i'm all into one or the other.

reading i can not do anywhere with noise. and i feel bad for my hubby. he is listening to a book on CD in the car. and he keeps stopping it when i ride with him cause he thinks i don't want to listen. I keep telling him its just cause i can't pay attention to it without either the words or the picture(tv) just sound doesn't work for me.... unless its music :D

I've tried to find natural/medicine free alternatives to things. Like natural cold/flu remedies, exercises for when I have headaches (though stumbled on that by accident), exercises and teas, etc for ahem "cramps" etc, etc. But I will take medicine in sever situations.
