yeah i think its because i keep taking small naps and hten hopping on mene..

yup, I also have insomnia so I often can't sleep. I'm afraid to take sleeping pills though because I heard they're addictive.

I dont' take them because im afraid i won't wake up....when i absolutely have to..

ug.. DOn't SAY that.. they actually had to give me sleeping meds when i was hospitalized.. star couldn't sleep at all in those beds.. that and her arm was hooked to an iv.. doe snot make for easy sleeping.
