The guy at GNC was horrified that I was going to use the Peppermint Oil in the cookies. He's all this is for aroma therapy only...yeah? No clue, Wish. Peppermint oil is the only thing that works, not peppermint extract. Peppermint extract has an alcohol base that does not allow the binding of the peppermint to the chocolate.
