Kirin Rosenbaum 11-10-2012 03:37 AM

My mom can't take it. It gives her hives.

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 05:32 AM

Wow, I can't imagine anyone being so sensitve to the effects of pain medicine. Maybe because most of my family has a strong resistance to most pain killers. I have to take three or four Ibuprofen to dull a headache when it gets bad enough.

Kirin Rosenbaum 11-10-2012 05:34 AM

Aleve is the only thing that will help me.

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 05:48 AM

I don't think I have ever tried Aleve. Probably because it is more expensive than ibuprofen.

Kirin Rosenbaum 11-10-2012 05:49 AM

I get store brand, or if I'm getting name brand I use a coupon.

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 05:54 AM

I used to get a prescription for the higher dose of ibuprofen so I only had to pay a small co-fee. I stopped going to doctors so I don't have perscriptions anymore.

Kirin Rosenbaum 11-10-2012 05:55 AM

Even prescription strength ibuprofen only numbs the pain.

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 05:59 AM

Yeah, I think it would just dull my headaches for about half an hour and then start wearing off. I always have a headache though and the doctors don't know why. So I have gotten used to it for the most part and just ignore it unless it gets really severe then I take some medicine.

*wanders into thread and flops down.*

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 06:05 AM

Hello Silver ^_^ I hope there was something comfy under you befoe you flopped down, don't want a sore tailbone.

Silver Storm 11-10-2012 06:07 AM

To tired to care. I have been awake since 5:30 this morning and on a plane most of the day.

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 06:30 AM

Yikes, being stuck on a plane means you couldn't get up and move around either. So you've been up twenty hours?

Amane 11-10-2012 02:33 PM

Getting up early and I will never be friends. *shakes head*

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 02:36 PM

I think getting up at all is my enemy. Has nothing to do with early or not....

Amane 11-10-2012 02:40 PM

I don't mind waking up on my own because I feel rested.

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 02:48 PM

I'm always waking up many times while I am sleeping even if I have only been asleep two to three hours. It is very rare that I sleep soundly enough to wake up feeling rested.

Kirin Rosenbaum 11-10-2012 03:18 PM

*hugs her thread*

Amane 11-10-2012 03:21 PM

I wake up super early on school mornings lately.

Hi, Kirin!

Cloudwalker 11-10-2012 03:25 PM

Maybe you are going to bed to early?

Amane 11-10-2012 03:32 PM

I do go to bed insanely early and found it worked for a year or two, but I don't think that's it. It's complicated to explain without sounding like a weirdo. I think my body wakes me up before disturbances (like the alarm clock) with enough time to be ready for it. It's happened a lot these days. I wonder if I could somehow condition myself to sleep through certain disturbances? It could be anything from someone mowing the lawn to something going seriously wrong.

GrannyJ 11-10-2012 04:24 PM

Good morning everybody!

Kirin Rosenbaum 11-10-2012 04:26 PM

How is everybody doing? Granny have you checked your trades?

Amane 11-10-2012 04:40 PM

I'm drawing on the side of posting away. o:
