Physical Description (include height/weight and hair and eye color): Isabelle stands 6’ and weighs 140 lbs. She also has stormy black hair and electric blue eyes.
Personality: Described as having an electric personality, Sophie often comes across as the person to go to in trouble. Perhaps as a consequence, she possesses an extraordinary capacity for leadership and often takes charge of situations. Determination is also another of her strong suits, as well as its brother stubbornness. Still, she can be very kind and caring, though she usually keeps it hidden for fear of being seen as weak. As a Roman demigod and child of Jupiter, she is also very disciplined and controlled. Breaking the rules does not come easily to her at all, and she’ll often refuse a plan if it involves bending the rules by too much. This includes honesty as a general rule, which means that it would take a lot for her to go back on any oath whatsoever, regardless of the cost to herself.
History: Like most demigods, Isabelle had no idea that she was anything other than normal until a life-shattering event of her own. Her parents were rather distant, though loving all the same. Eventually, her step-dad divorced her mom and moved away. His lack of interest in her hurt her deeply enough that she needed therapy for a while throughout school, but she managed to forget him with time and no longer cares for him at all. It wasn’t as if he had done anything to support them anyway; he was too busy sitting on disability to work.

Her mother, however, had kept up a steady job well after she should have quit due to actual medical conditions instead of just made up ones like her step-dad had done. Even with her doctor and daughter’s pressure to ease up, she never did until it was too late. She had pushed her body too far and was beginning to suffer from a myriad of conditions and diseases like heart disease. In the end, a stroke killed her quickly, the doctors being unable to correct the problem in time for her to live. The funeral was a sad affair, with only a handful of people showing up to give their condolences to the distraught girl and pay their last respects. The state called her step-dad of course, but he flatly told them he didn’t want to be bothered with her.

Her real dad, Jupiter, though she had always thought that he had been an uncle, set her up to go to Camp Jupiter when she was eleven. He even came to meet with her in person, only being the third time that she had ever met the man who had sired her. Needless to say, he was rather warm and loving, wrapping her in a huge hug immediately after he saw her. The fact that he was her real dad was strangely comforting to her and helped to alleviate the renewed hurt she had been feeling at her step-dad’s dismissal. Jupiter explained everything to her over coffee, the two of them chatting easily by the end of their meeting. He then personally escorted her to the Wolf House where she trained until Lupa deemed she was ready to make the journey to Camp Jupiter.

Shortly after arriving, she made waves in her cohort, the Fifth, by working to win several war games with her team as well as completing a few quests. After her third year, they elected her Praetor to fill the gap left by the prior Praetor who had passed during a quest of his own. The choice had been pretty clear to the other campers, whom had been told the stories of the children of Jupiter during their own beginning years. Thus they have great hopes for her, a burden that sometimes gets a bit too heavy for her to carry, though she shoulders on regardless.

Weapon: Longsword of Imperial Gold (3’ blade) and a shield of the same material. Both are disguised as her bracelets; left is her sword and right is her shield.
Style: Up close and personal
Strengths: She’s quite flexible when it comes to the opponent’s fighting style and her control over her emotions means she doesn’t make rash mistakes during combat.
Weaknesses: She can be rather overconfident of her abilities and has a tendency to underestimate her opponents.
Abilities (if any): As a child of Jupiter, she possesses aerokinesis, electrokinesis, and atmoskinesis. Aerokinesis also grants her the ability to fly, while she can use atmoskinesis to bring down lightning bolts from the sky. Both of these abilities, however, drain her quite quickly. She also has authority over things that belong to her father and storm spirits and the Mist, though not as much as children of Hecate/Trivia.
Fatal Flaw: Giving up power is incredibly hard for her to do, even though she may know it to be wrong.

Good Habits: She maintains a training regimen as a member of the Fifth Cohort of the Twelfth Legion and often spends times helping the younger kids with training as well.
Bad Habits: She has a strong tendency to step in and take charge of a situation regardless of whether she’s been asked or not. Also, she has a hard time showing her “weaker” emotions like sadness and despair.
Any weird habits?: Apart from being an enforcer of rules, nothing really comes to mind.
Fears: Being weak, or seen as such. Also, clowns freak her out.
