"Gave up on what?" Erik asked with a smirk.

Finx sat in the park petting Athena watching little kids and couple walk around.

Rakan sighed. " on finx" he said as he said setting out cupcakes that looked, depressing.

Finaly spotting Finx she went over."hey"

"What did she do this time?" Erik asked taking a good look at the cupcakes "I really hope those are for you."

Finx looked up and then away rubbing her cheeks "Hi." she said smiling at a little girl who was attempting to hug Athena.

Sakura frowned sat beside her." what's wrong?"


Rakan sighed." she off on me again before I could apologize for whatever I did to upset her. Those are for the customers"

''No they are not I can't sell those." Erik sighed "Why didn't you go after her? You love her don't you?"

"I messed up again." Finx said letting Athena jump up next to her so she could press her face into her fur.

Rakan sat. "Idid", he said sighing. "but she kept running"

Sakura tilted her head. "what do you mean?", she said looking worried.

"I'm so bad and hanging around boys. Though he didn't help much." Finx scowled

"If it had been Sakura I would have gone after her no matter what." Erik said taking one of the cupcakes.

Sakura blinked."what did Rakan do?"


Rakan looked to him. " yeah but Sakura dies not have a guard wolf"

"I would still go after her." Erik took a bite of the cupcake and spit it out "It taste like depression."

"Nothing bad I just reacted the wrong why. I can't help it my mom makes me want to EXPLODE!" Finx snapped making Athena jump slightly and give a wolfy whine. "Sorry Athena."

Sakura smiled. " well he feels bad , he made depressing looking cupcakes"

Rakan sighed."uh huh"

Finx sighed "I just feel bad...maybe I should just tell him out right that I can't be with him." she glanced at Sakura "Maybe he'll get over me."

"You can't cook like this." Erik grimaced "I mean she's just a girl...and shes finx to top it off."

Rakan gave hm aglare. "oh and Sakura's not just a girl?she is only just Sakura after all"

Sakura blinked. "why , can't you be with him?"

"For complicated reasons.'' Finx said with a sigh

"Hey at least Sakura is nice and more like a girl then Finx is." Erik shrugged he wasn't trying to egg him on he just didn't see how he could like Finx.

Sakura looked to her."complicated? more compliated then our lives right now?"

Rakan grumbeled. " because she is diferent, not afraid to speak her mind",he said takeing his cupcakes and tossing them out.

"It is my life." Finx sighed

"Whatever you say. I mean you must not like her enough or you would be out that door before someone else got her." Erik shrugged.

Rakan gave him a look then sighed as he took off out the door.

Sakura frowned. "maybe you should talk to him, and explain things",she said softly then blinked hearing footsteps running up to them,she smiled seeing Rakan and stood, "speaking of witch", she smiled to her. "everything will be okay", she said and headed off as Rakan ran up to Finx trying to catch his breath.

Finx looked away "Hi Rakan." she smiled slightly

Rakan also gave a small smile. " hey Finx",he said calmly.

"May I help you?" Finx asked looked up at him.

Rakan sighed. "I wanted to talk"

"About earlier right?" Finx guessed "Theres nothing to talk about we just aren't meant for each other."

Rakan frowned. "how do you know that?",he asked with a frown. "you won't even give me a chance"

"Well we just don't seem right for each other and my mom would no approve." Finx shrugged.

Rakan frowned."you never know unless you try, and why not, i'm a hard working guy",he said frowning.

"She didn't choose you." Finx sighed "You don't have the right look for her...though I can running every guy she sets before me out of town." she shrugs "I'm a terrible person."
