You might get lucky & get to talk to a good manager who still cares about the customers. We have gotten to the point where would rather pay a little more to get better service & better quality stuff than deal with some stores. Sadly Miscreant & I both got giftcards to one of those stores that I don't like to go in because it has become so big that they don't know how to treat their customers. I refuse to go anywhere near it during the month of December because that is when their worst customers seem to come out.
