I don't really have a choice, I don't get to pick my schedule.
why not? I thought it was normal to.
I'm in college, in Canada. It's more like high school where you don't get to pick your classes, except for second year, and the amount you can choose then varies on the program.
I have six classes a day, though some of those periods are doubles so it's more like three to four or five a day. |
wow, Canada is different. sad stuff. That reminds me of St. John's college though which is the only other college in my town.
I would die having six classes a day. I don't even like having three, or having classes that meet three days a week! I miss having four day weekends like I usually do. I much prefer having a three hour class and a one hour class a day. |
It works for me though, lol
I tried the whole choosing my class and having only one or two per day, but it just didn't work. |
really? interesting. I didn't think anyone liked that. isn't it hard to learn when you have so many different classes close together?
There's six periods in the day, and classes double up. so a lot of the time, I have at least two hours of one class, maybe two hours in another, and then I have two single classes. The only day I have six classes is Friday, and I lie it because they don't drag on forever, and the day passes quickly.
but that's so many different informations you have to process per day. I can't remember anything that way. there's only so many areas you can learn from in one day.
Well ... The thing is, a lot of the classes interconnect, and the same information comes back. We talk about accounting in math and vice versa, and something we see in accounting might even come up in Marketing. Organizational Behavior interconnects with Marketing and so on and so forth. It works because of that.
One high school I went to had A day and B days but we would. be stuck in a class for 2 hours sometimes 4 hours. if you did not have to change class rooms as much.
I'm gonna go eat and orange and take a shower. I'll be back later.
Hello anyone here?

Pocky is so good and yummy I went to asian super market today. they had the normal kind and a few imported ones form japan as well. This time I got the chocolate mint and almond nut cream pocky's. but they did not have any peanut nut cream pocky I was hoping to try it.
I'd probably love the mint ones ...
I'd love the mint too. pity I won't be finding that around here!
*yawns and rolls on the floor* what interesting thing should we talk about today? |
Rp? *plucks up roses eagerly*
Sorry, it's just so much fun, trying to come up with ways for Lorn to feel awkward. |
you must really like putting your characters into awkward situations. I guess I do have a couple rps I need to reply to. like...five? but I almost never respond to two of those.
