Oh god, you know the one thing I really can't stand about old people? When all they talk about is being old.

It's like the saying "you're only as old as you feel" is taken to heart, and they want to feel ancient. Like it's an excuse for not trying anymore to have fun and love their lives.

Makes me want to forcefeed them sugar-coated sugar bombs and put them on a roller coaster, just to shake them out of it.

My grandma always acted like she was in her 20s... [headdesk] even to the end. We all thought she'd end up passing away from getting bucked off a horse at like 80

LOL, from what I've heard, my great-gramma was into rock climbing. Not sure if she kept at it past 70, but it's fun to imagine it.

My family has always been way more sedate. Grandma liked making food o3o
