Doesn't show for me either... try uploading it to a profile album on here, or you can use photobucket? :]
Sounds like cute mix though. [heart]
Just curious, which breed was the mother?

My dog Pickle is part pug too.
She's Pitbull and pug to be exact. ^_^
LOL Her mother is a pug.
It's always funny and unusual when you get mixes of small dogs that bread with large dogs. [lol]
We just call her a "pig". lol
I'm not usually fond of small dogs, but she won me over with her adorkableness and kwirky personality.
People always just assume she's a pitbull puppy.
But she has some pug traits, like her ears, tail, a bit of wrinkle, markings, she has the crazy eyes too (But not all bulgey like most pugs. :P)
... and the sharp ass pug teeth. xD
Mix that with a pitbull jaw, and you have one hell of a surprising midget guard dog that most people think is just a puppy still. [rofl]
(Well, still kind of is, she's eleven and a half months old. lol Not growing anymore though, and I think she will perpetually have the puppy face. [heart])
She's not vicious though, the most she'll do is lick you to death, but she does sense when it's time for her to be on the alert. :]
Thank God she didn't get the little dog yappiness trait! [boogie]

Here's a few pictures of her:
http://www.menewsha.com/forum/pictur...ictureid=55541
I had to hold up a treat because she VERY RARELY stays still. lol
Always moves right as it's about to snap the picture. lol

http://www.menewsha.com/forum/pictur...ictureid=55202
Cuddling her squeeky lizard...that lasted like two days. [lol]
She always sleeps in really cute positions though. xD [heart]

http://www.menewsha.com/forum/pictur...ictureid=55205
Passed the eff out again. [XP]

http://www.menewsha.com/forum/pictur...ictureid=55204
BUSTED!! Mischiefous Pickle getting herself into a pickle again! lol
She makes my friend's four year old look like a damn angel, litterally like a kid, throws tantrums too. [rofl]

LOL Okay, I'm done now.
Sorry, can't help blabbing on about her and photo whoring her. :P
Not trying to steal your thunder. [sweat]

Gemini 02-23-2013 03:07 AM

I have a Yorkie and Chihuahua mix breed but she look's more like a chihuahua. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...g?t=1241854428 This is a older pic of her and her name is Pippi like Pippi Longstockings. even if she is eight years old now mostly people will think. she is still a puppy cause did not grow all that much as a puppy. a lot of people are sacred of her the only people she will try. go after there pants legs if the are repair people. other people she is cool with if she meets them a few times.

Cute! ^_^
I love dogs.
The only reason she does that is because people act scared.
Maybe not on the outside, but dogs sense fear from the start, and they see it as weakness. Maybe if you give them a treat (your dog has to see you do it), and they give it to her without making eye contact with Pippi, usually it really helps that problem. :]

lol.My dog is five years old,and he thinks he's a puppy. At least half the time. The other half,he thinks he's human.Even as I sit here,he is behind me with an empty water bottle, making such a racket. He just chased it down the stairs. He's trying to take the cap off-I don't know why.His name is Zephyr,by the way.Such a sweetheart, but he thinks he's tough.

sailor star rainbow 02-23-2013 04:20 AM

Pippi was raised by my oldest dog Belle a Sheltie aka Shetland sheep dog. the old girl was sweet as can be to everyone she meet. which was not a good thing the old girl was put down when we found out. she had cancer back in 09 she was 17 are 18 years old at the time the old girl was born in 92.

Gemini 02-23-2013 04:27 AM

oh,sweetheart! The first dog I ever had was a husky, and she was old already when I was born. When I was maybe five, she died. She had a huge tumor in her tummy that the idiot vet didn't detect, then when he did it was too late and he said she "wasn't suffering" but she was, alot,so she had to be put down. She was a wonderful dog,so beautiful.People always thought she was a wolf. She treated me like I was her pup, even saved my life once.It seems crazy, but after she died, she came to me in a dream and reassured me...

sailor star rainbow 02-23-2013 04:47 AM

Heck I grieved over her death for a long time for months on end. I could not stop crying sometimes. but I do have depression so I think that. was part of the reason why I could not stop crying.

Gemini 02-23-2013 04:57 AM

I only wish I could cry.I have chronic depression and anxiety, and OCD,which all come together to put me in some serious funks sometimes.Especially when I get to thinking about my lost loved ones.Hey,it's off topic, but if you ever need to talk,I'm here to listen.

Oh my goodness I just want to pat him. What a cutie~

Gemini 02-26-2013 02:55 AM

I see him.So cute! I wanna hug him!

wagon 02-26-2013 03:23 AM

Whoa, pretty nice looking dog there. Parents are a male pug and female husky I'm guessing? I've heard that birthing can be dangerous to the mother if there's too big of a size difference between breeds, ie smaller breed mother and larger breed father.

Gemini 02-26-2013 04:03 AM

that does seem pretty logical to me.

Knerd 02-26-2013 08:53 PM

Since you made two threads like this, I've gone ahead and merged them together. Now all the conversation is in one place. [yes]

Cardinal Biggles 02-27-2013 08:07 AM
