Caught In-Between Items -- [why is my foot so itchy?]
Welcome to my quest thread. I'm Visi. I'm sort of debating on how to quest. I'm considering being an active questor and making this a sort of questing journal, sometimes maybe a hangout. I'm also considering passively questing and just using this as a my personal guide on how to spend the gold I end up earning while enjoying the great company Menewsha has to offer. I suppose time will tell.Caught In-Between Items [illgetu] You can call me any variation of my username, or Visi. Vi for short. I'm a Canadian in university for Child and Youth Care, I'm about 5"3, and am working on gaining weight. In my free time I like to knit, read, weight lift, read tarot, drink water, and garden. I do other things like journal too. I'm a bit of an open book, but I know that can be a bit too much information, so I wont give you my life story. Feel free to ask stuff though. Maybe we can chat about favorite books or compare zombie survival notes. Oooh, or weight training routines? That would make me happy. I'm really new and not totally sure on a lot of things.About this person [twisted] http://www.menewsha.com/images/items...a90b5dc497.gifCurrent Quest [gold] George the Alpaca Cost: I haven't quite figured that out yet. 5k? 6K |

The secret commonplace book. [ninja] I'll write notes and such here. But you don't see this. Shhh. I'm thinking a tan/pink focus for my first few items. Depending on what looks good together. Consider Valentina Pink Ribbons from Accentuate. http://www.menewsha.com/images/items...650ad0b918.gif Oh gosh. I just discovered George! [heart] After obtaining him, I think I want Perfect Pastries. |

I completed my quest for my first item today. [eager] Now onto... socks. Then shoes!
Everything is so pretty so it was sort of hard to choose a first item. Now it's just rolling together. [yes] |
Welcome to the Quest Forum. *Sets up a Cupcake tray and juice* Glad to have a new face here. You're looking quit dapper in your dress.
|
You brought food!? Thank you! [drool]
Thank you. I imagine it would twirl really well in real life. I really like what you've done with your hair. |
The hair, you're the fourth person to say that. Instead of choosing the light color as the highlight, it was the blue, there by giving it the look currently showing on my avatar.
You'd be quite the pretty girl at the county fair. [yes] |
You have a zombie survival plan?
|
I mixed mine up when I was first fiddling with hair. It didn't look nearly as cool as yours.
[yes] I'd probably end up munching on my hair though. It looks sort of nummy. Fair season is sort of around the corner I guess. I've been thinking I should make a dress similar to this one. Now to learn to sew. [lol] ---------- Post added 03-04-2013 at 09:04 PM ---------- @ DD : Who doesn't have a zombie survival plan!? |
I don't, I will just borrow yours.
|
DD, my husband and I have our plan, but not sharing it. It's super secret.
Time for me to get to bed, work in the morning. |
Mine is very individual and depends on a few other people.
Do you know people with lots of guns, bows/arrows, and have a costco or walmart or similar store nearby? @Andais : Goodnight! |
No >.>' i live in the woods.
Do you believe animals can become zombies? |
That might be to your advantage if you have a high point and aren't close to a major city.
It depends on how zombies come about. With viruses, probably some animals, yeah. With radiation, probably most. Through magic, I haven't heard of it but it wouldn't strike me as unusual. |
I live in a village, there is only two major road ways to get in. Technically it's only one way in and two ways out but I don't think zombies obey traffic laws, unless they come over the mountain then that would be another way but i don't know if they would do that.
I however am worried since i live near a garbage dump and a sewage treatment plant, those might be the cause of the zombie apocalypse. |
The worst always seems to be the initial spreading. So long as you're a good ways away from a city - since people will attempt to leave - you should be okay so long as you recognize it soon enough. [yes] It's the crowds and panic that gets you. Then the lack of "common sense" and survival skills comes after.
|
Are you assuming these are smart zombies are stupid zombies?
|
Both. Your enemy, initially, is the living, not the dead. Not only are they stupid and do things to screw you over, they can turn. If you've overcome that hurdle, it's recognizing a zombie. Then it's survival capabilities and having food and a safe place to sleep.
|
Well in some zombie movies the zombies just go to the sounds, but in other ones they are smart enough to knock out the power in buildings.
|
That's true. It'll be a hurdle to deal with, depending on the situation.
But it's usually not the main concern at first, because they start out so small compared to the living population that freaks out. Adapt survival to the zombies, but make getting out of the rat trap, and away from the "weak links," the first move. The Mist sort of harps on that, though it's not a zombie movie. Crazy people wanting to sacrifice children. o-o |
