"Moving on's good with me," Faye said. She paused. "Wait, should we check and see if there are any two-fers in this territory? Like Tony and Bruce, but from Thurman-world?"

"Sure, we can check," Rei agreed with a shrug. "Couldn't hurt to ask."

Faye nodded, and then glanced at Niko and back at Rei.

"Bookverse, you rarely find one without the other," she commented. "What do you think?"

"Almost never," Rei agreed. "So it stands to reason there should be one around... If we can find him."

Faye grinned.

"This should be good," she said. "I want to see if we can do this."

Rei snorted. "Well, we can look whenever," she agreed. "Might take a while though."

Faye considered that for a moment.

"Well," she said as she tried to put together a viable theory, "more than likely he's got a gun or a knife, right? Maybe you can have Erik track him down like with Niko?"

Rei nodded and looked at Erik. "Sound good?"

Erik nodded. "Whenever you'd like," he agreed, his voice mild.

Faye grinned. This was going to be fun, she just knew it.

"Let me know when you're ready to go," she said to Rei. "I want to tag along."

Rei nodded. "Give me a couple minutes to get ready to go," she told both of them. She still had to grab shoes and things, after all.

Faye nodded and went to get her own things. She edged closer to Tony and Bruce.

"I'm going with Rei to see if there's anything else out there," she said. "Either of you coming with us, we probably won't be going too far out."

Tony and Bruce exchanged looks before they both shook their heads.

"Nah, we'll stay and help babysit," Tony said with a grin, looking at Logan and Thor and Loki. Loki just looked amused.

"Alright," Faye said. "We won't go too far, not sure how long we'll be gone. Don't blow up camp while we're gone."

Bruce chuckled a bit.

"We won't," he said.

Tony twinkled at her and twiddled his fingers at her.

Rei looked over at Faye. "I'm ready when you are."

"Awesome," Faye said, making sure she had what she needed. "Let's go, then. I'll follow you."

Rei nodded and let Erik actually take the lead, although he walked only a step or so ahead of her as they went searching for Niko's Cal.

Faye kept pace with Rei. The trek was quiet, for the most part, at least to begin with.

It didn't take long for Erik to be looking around them, his lips twitching every once in a while. Clearly there were several people out and about, so Erik was just waiting to see if one came closer than the others.

Faye noticed him looking around, and glanced around herself. She couldn't see anyone, but that didn't mean nobody was there.

There was one bishie that got a bit closer, trying to see who the group was. Cal had been separated from his brother, and then his brother had been captured, so he was trying to figure out what to do next.

Erik smirked at that and nodded to Rei, directing her accordingly. Rei blinked, her eyes narrowing a bit as she tried to spot the bishi. It wasn't until Erik helped her a little further that she felt confident enough to throw the ball at Cal.

Cal swore when he realized he was being targeted and tried to scramble out of the way. The ball hit him anyway and he disappeared into it with a muffled curse.

When she didn't get shot at, Rei went and picked up the ball, grinning.

"Looks like I've got a pair now," she said, grinning.

"Awesome," Faye said, grinning as well. "That makes, what, six for you now?"

"Logan, Erik, Niko, and Cal," Rei said. "Loki and Thor are pretty much shared."

"They're technically yours, though," Faye pointed out. "But okay, point." She grinned. "Come on, let's go back to camp and let him out."
