Cal threw himself across one of the beds, sprawling out while everyone else settled around on the floor. He wasn't going to pass up a perfectly good bed. Niko settled himself in a chair, relaxing that way.

After a brief check on her boys, Rei relaxed more fully. Yup, this was turning into a good night.

Faye was also fully relaxing at that point, leaning up against Tony. She felt better when her three boys were within sight, and the hotel room was good for that. She would be tense and wary again the next day, when they had to leave, but for the moment things were good.

By the next morning Rei was pretty relaxed again, although she wasn't looking forward to leaving the room. "Hopefully it won't be too bad out there," she muttered.

"We can hope," Faye muttered back as she packed the last of her things. She checked her belt habitually as she put it on.

Rei nodded and got her own things gathered up. "Well, then, shall we?" She checked her own belt before heading for the door.

"Let's go," Faye said, nodding. She slung her bag over her shoulder, took a quick headcount of her guys, and the. Headed for the door.

Rei followed her out, heading for the gates and getting out of town again as quickly as possible.

"At least we have full baths available in the PD rooms," she said with a little sigh, looking up at the sky.

"Yeah," Faye said. "I'm really glad we have those, now." She sighed a bit. "I hate that staying in town isn't comfortable."

"It's ridiculous," Rei grumbled. "Towns should be more comfortable, not less." She kept grumping over it as they walked.

"Agreed," Faye replied as they went. She looked at her map for a moment as they walked. "Well, do we want to continue on back to the TV cluster? Or head on to the anime territories?"

"Hmm. Head forward to anime for a while? Can't hurt to look around in there." Rei grinned.

"Sure," Faye said. "Sounds good to me." She grinned. "It might even be nostalgic."

"Oh I bet. Can you imagine? Yu Yu Hakusho, Inuyasha, FMA, even Yugioh." She shook her head. "Our childhood practically."

"Everything we grew up on," Faye said, grinning. "Those all shaped our preferences now, too, if you look close enough."

"Oh there are some places I can totally see it," Rei agreed with a grin. "Should be fun."

"Yup," Faye said. She stretched her arms a bit. "Where should we start? Total childhood revisit with Sailor Moon and Rurouni Kenshin? Or a bit closer to the heart with Yu Yu Hakusho?"

"Start with Yu Yu Hakusho and see where we get from there," Rei said. "I wouldn't mind exploring Rurouni Kenshin at some point too."

"Sounds good to me," Faye said, nodding. She grinned. "Ahhh I remember watching those when we were like thirteen."

"Yup. Those were fun." Rei grinned. "Ah, I kind of miss those sometimes. Should be fun to visit, at least."

"Definitely," Faye said, grinning. She stretched a little and kept walking. She felt a bit better now that they were out of town.

"Oh look, they added the newest enemies from Assassin's Creed to the monster hunter," Rei said, not quite cackling.

"From Black Flag?" Faye asked, grinning. "Awesome. I still need to get my hands on the novelization and see what happens."

"I need to get my hands on the game," Rei grumbled. "And maybe an Ezio. Maybe."

Faye snickered.

"I know you want one," she teased. "There's no maybe about that."
