I can't find the exact recipe I've used in the past (and actually, I totally futzed with it to suit it to my taste and cooking methods, so it wouldn't "the recipe I use" anyway.) but this is pretty close, actually more like what my end result is, I think:
Japanese Curry Rice | Serious Eats : Recipes
I use the S&B curry, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. I actually recommend a vegan Worcestershire sauce - The Wizard'sĒ Sauces Brand -, as that actually has a apple cidery base that compliments everything else in the roux really well, and nix the apples in the recipe. And I like green beans over peas in my mix.

lol I just took another list at the front page and thought all those people first pinged were in the brig. XD I was about to comment on how it wasn't like any of them too. Till I saw my alt's name there and remembered what it was for.

Cardinal Biggles 05-06-2013 03:11 AM

Oh, I thought the book end images broke the post up enough [:?]

That sounds like an interesting recipe.
Would you mind posting it in my hangout thread?

Cardinal Biggles 05-06-2013 06:08 PM

Nephila 05-12-2013 05:11 AM

The Wandering Poet 05-12-2013 02:15 PM

The Wandering Poet 05-12-2013 11:17 PM

You like it warm?

bloodstainedwings 05-13-2013 12:25 AM

man it was snowing and raining and hailing and freezing rain and sunny today. basically if it could be that weather today, it was. you are lucky you had a nice day.

Cardinal Biggles 05-13-2013 12:57 AM

Izumi: I'm so glad to hear that. I'm glad I could share.

It's been so muggy here. I just don't know what to do with myself when it's like that.

star2000shadow 05-13-2013 01:09 AM

i get ill when its to hot

Cardinal Biggles 05-13-2013 01:22 AM

Same. Both my brain and my body suffer.

The Wandering Poet 05-13-2013 01:45 AM

Haha yup... same cloud over here Lady Bigglesworth... same cloud...

Were you at one of those distant patches of sunlight I saw?

Cardinal Biggles 05-13-2013 02:02 AM

I suppose I was. It was hard to gauge. Weather like this makes me disoriented.

The Wandering Poet 05-13-2013 02:19 AM

haha, gloomy weather makes me sleepy but rain makes me happy.I'm like the polar opposite of a normal person with weather. But I hate being cold...

Well it was only clear for about an hour last I checked...

Connielass 05-14-2013 05:22 AM

Yes, rain is a peaceful thing for me.
Good cuddly weather, and/or good book-reading weather.
The best would be cuddling and reading at the same time.

The Wandering Poet 05-14-2013 05:26 AM

Poured like a monsoon today O.o

Lady Bigglesworth did you get pouring torrents of rain earlier today? Or was that just me?

Cardinal Biggles 05-14-2013 06:08 AM

Oh, I love dramatic weather and the gloomy. I like to throw open the windows and doors.
Definitely got rain and thunder. Though not the wind that we got in "town".

Nephila 05-14-2013 06:16 AM

I only like rain if it's a sun shower OR if it is a legit thunderstorm. Overcast and random showers all day is annoying.
