Hey, then we would be able to help. :)
The thing is with the internet most problems can be solved with a little research online...unless it is billing related and then you may need to call up the company it's regarding for further assistance. I also know some basic networking stuff, but I want to stress it's fairly basic knowledge. That being said, you'd be surprised what the average user really knows. ^_^; |
Yeah it's quite interesting. I know a lot of tech support things but unfortunately most of it is for systems older than I am...

Eh, I dunno if I know enough to really be able to help other people. Though I've become pretty handy with helping my grandma with her iPad and had to figure some stuff out with Kindle Fires.
