That used to be me. I have no idea how I got out of it, because that's exactly me in real life.

Yeah, I have to be in certain moods to be able to socialize and usually I only feel comfortable in places I have been a lot.
Or places like Wal-Mart where everyone is whack job. I have conditions of being a whack job in public though. |

I used to only chat in this thread now go out and chat in two others.
(Still mostly this one.) And I do now make my own event thread. I deem it accomplished when it gets to 10 pages. Also~ I'm back home now. |

Bugs are gross.
Last week my daughter ate one. I was horrified. My oldest was disgusted. "Ew! Omigawd, mom! She ATE a bug! She picked it up, and ate it! I LIVE WITH A BARBARIAN!" To which Syrena laughed hysterically. I laughed, too bt only because when you see a tiny little person use the word "barbarian" you can't take anything seriously. |

I think the reason bugs don't bother me is because I was the weird kindergardener who would dig up worms, and then grab a big handful of said worms--mud and all--and them dump them on my dad's lap just to see him scream like a girl and dance around. It was hysterical. |
I have an awful, awful phobia of bugs. All of them. The only insect I'm okay with is the butterfly, and I wouldn't be too happy if one of those landed on/near me.

I had a butterfly land on my knee once on a Girl Scout camping trip...made me wish I'd had a camera at the time, or I'd have taken a picture of it!
