*plays with Wren-ji's hair*

@Wrennajenna: That's silly and rude.
Yeah. One of my professors gave us an 18 page syllabus, and a two page topic guide...
That's not a fun class!
And we have to work in groups. The only problem is, is that I am a "freshmen" at my school and am taking classes for juniors. Meaning that basically everyone else in the class knows each other, and immediately chose their teams based on that. I think I'm the only one that isn't in a group. [cry]
Already knowing people in your class at my college is impossible.
There are only, like, 4,000 people at my college and almost every major has its own building. So my major, business, is in one building. All the business related classes happen in that building - so many people in the major end up in the same classes. That, and people don't start taking major specific classes until their junior year. Freshmen and sophomore year is all general education, which gives them time to meet each other. I transferred here from another college, with all of my general education courses completed. So, I didn't have to take any of them here. Which is causing the problem of me not know people.
It's the same here. I don't know how people tend to take their classes since I can't do the thing where I make and keep friends. I don't know how many students there are, either, but I've seen only one person I was in a class with before (and that was outside, not in class) and a few I saw in high school.
I'm terrible at meeting new people. A phrase I thought of recently is: I'm bashful, and unattractive. (Though, by unattractive, I mean by society's standards. I'm not a supermodel... or even the second cousin of a supermodel in the looks department. At least, according to society.)
My standards were ruined by K-pop and some other pretty people. Whoops! I'm very quiet and tend to be brought into a group because someone felt bad seeing me all by myself.
That is exactly how I ended up knowing the women's volleyball team. [lol] I was sitting by myself on the first day and they invited me to eat supper with them.
I haven't really talked to any of them since though. |
My life. What I said has happened many times, and then we never spoke again.
I had someone I met like, two weeks ago, bump into me and go "Oh, do I know you?" And i was like, "yeah, we ate lunch few weeks ago."
I'm remembered, but people get that I just sit there and don't say anything, and I think that's why they don't make an effort to keep me around.
I think with me it's more like I say the wrong thing. [lol]
I say how I tend to regret it when I speak.
I say the wrong thing all the time. Even on mene [headdesk]
*Starts cutting off pieces of Wrenji's hair*
I said something wrong just today before getting home from school just now. |D
*stares at Andy* I can see you doing that, you know. [stare]
I never say the right thing, things just pop out of my mouth like an idiot.
One and the same, Clock.
*hands out lollipops*
There's a K-pop song for that. [boogie]
Of course there is. Why wouldn't there be? [rofl]
