“Ya know the more you stay down here the faster the storm comes.” Her eyes widened and she started to rock back and forth. “Oh come now, all we have to do is run to the Bar. I’ll carry you. Come.” I held my hand out to her.

She started to cry but she took my hand. I swept her up into my arms and she hid her face in my neck; getting all tangled up in my hair.

Yes I was driving in it today and having a panic attack and crying.
Which isn't good because I already suck at driving while freaked out.
