Well babies poop, vomit, and spit on you. They cry in the middle of the night. Always want to be held, when put down they cry again. When picked back up, you have a chance of being vomited on or pooped on. >.<

I just want my own crying, pooping, spitting little one. They're so adorable and so precious and so full of love, forgiveness, imagination and they're so lovely. The most perfect human beings on earth. |

But babies, Amane! Babehs! D: I'm not squeamish of poop and spit and vomit. I've been peed on by a baby with cloth diapers once. It was gross but I didn't mind. And I touch gross things all the time. I use cloth pads so I'm always touching my period blood, and I use menstrual cups so I touch more blood. I touch rabbit poop and clean my bunny's pee when she has an accident. Grossness doesn't scare me! |
I am SUPER grossed out by those things. My blood doesn't gross me out no matter where it comes from because it's my blood. Why, I don't care when my lip bleeds because that tastes okay. Not good, but certainly NOT bad. But when it's somebody else's fluids or whatever? No. I'd rather be with people who can take care of that themselves and we all act like it doesn't exist. Makes me a bit more accepting of things in life.
It's not just the ick factor that makes me not want children. There are so, SO many reasons I would never have a child, not even an adopted older one. |
Don't worry, Amane, I don't think it would be a good idea for you to have a baby if you don't like them. No use in bringing more unwanted babies in the world.

I like my kiddos and the good days outweigh the bad, but sometimes they are just downright annoying. Kaleb has this thing where he thinks he needs to be difficult in the morning and doesn't want to get ready for school. [stare]

I'm leaving California today and I am so scared to go back on the plane,
I didn't sleep at all last night and my hands a re so shaky I feel like I can't keep them steady for anything. Ugh! Why do I always have to be so scared? :( I survived the plane ride last time! Planes are the safest way to travel... Why does it feel like I'm not going to make it home? |
Sounds like anxiety. I have it too. I've never been on an airplane nor do I plan on it. Just keep taking deep breaths and telling yourself you will be okay. If you are like me, taking some anti-diarrhea medicine will help your tummy and probably calm your nerves. (I think I remember you saying you get like that too)
So I was totally up at 3 in the morning panicking about homework. Come to find out, the powerpoint I am supposed to do for a speech only needs at least three slides. [stare] Really? I could do so much more with it, I'm kind of disappointed! |
I definitely think is anxiety
I left my anti anxiety medication at home which is so stupid I know. The ride here wasn't too bad but for some rrason I am way more anxious about the ride back home. I'm scared I'm going to throw up. If I can find anti diarrhea medication at the airport I will get it My stomach hurts flying isn't bad I've been flying all my life and I've not died but I still get so anxious about flying |
Oh you have medicine for you anxeity? I wish I did. It gets so bad sometimes. I hope your flight is good and everything turns out well!

The medication doesn't really help at all, just makes me sleepy, if that.
But sometimes sleep is what I want. I survived the flight! It was scary and I didn't eat or drink anything all day to avoid getting diarrhea or having to pee on the plane, but it was alright. I did it! |

*whines* My knee hurts today and i'm tired and it's really freaking hot in here and my tummy has been wierd. I think it's just gas, but man it hurts and I just want to go to bed and skip everything today. |

So I should have went back to bed. My stomach was a mess all morning, then father in law called and i got to thinking about what he told me and totally walked out the door closing it behind me without my keys. Good thing i had my cell phone, so i called my brother and he had to take me to school. hubby picked me up and then when he needed to go back from lunch, his keyless entry wouldn't work on his truck. He had to take the van, so now I have to walk to pick up the boys from school. Guess I gave hubby my terrible luck. |
