it went okay
apparently the gallstone was rather large so its probably good its gone but my regular GI is for some reason upset that I saw someone else even though it was an emergency situation and their soonest opening for surgery was ~a month away and it specifically says on their call line first thing if this is an emergency call 911 or go to your nearest emergency center :/ so... |
Yikes, I've had my gallbladder removed. It's not fun.

It is not. I was crying most of the time in the prep room or whatever
they had to sedate me i feel like i rushed into it, but i was in an *extreme* amount of pain. |
I cried a lot before I had my heart surgery. ..I was scared to death!
Now I am still getting waves of tear-filled depression. Doc says that's normal. I hope your recovery is speedy!...and don't hesitate to take the pain medication they gave you, especially for the first week or so! |
I was that way with my appendix removal. Sucked. I do get grouchy and mean though.

oh god monstahh! I didn't know/remember you were having gallbladder issues. Those are not fun and you were perfectly right to worry about your own health and go to the ER for that. I'm glad you're okay!! *hugs* My dad and brother have both had huge gallstones and had to get the thingy removed. pancreas? right?
Recover speedily. <3 oh gosh. you've all had surgeries :O i'm so glad you're all okay!! My first surgery was a c-section and I was panicking like crazy. |
